The best understanding of the situation now is that Joe Biden was FORCED to run for president. The extortion racket that he and his family are now caught up in (because of the CCP/Russian/Ukrainian bribes and influence peddling now confirmed) means that Joe Biden is under complete and total control of the CCP.
