My brother, you present yourself with a terrible problem. In your last posting you deny the Millennium. You give a sequence of a fallen world, followed by 3½ years rule by AntiChrist during which two witnesses call plagues on the earth, followed by the Lord's return and a massive battle at Armageddon, followed by the destruction of the earth. Now you suddenly produce an age where there is peace and harmony of men and beasts, with no killing. When, pray, is this paradisaical age?
The Holy Scripture Is (Very Clear) where the wolf and lamb lay together, where they dont hurt or destroy in the Holy mountain.

Its the (Eternal) New Heaven,Earth, Jerusalem!

Isaiah 65:17-25KJV
17 For, behold, I create new heavens and a new earth: and the former shall not be remembered, nor come into mind.

18 But be ye glad and rejoice for ever in that which I create: for, behold, I create Jerusalem a rejoicing, and her people a joy.
19 And I will rejoice in Jerusalem, and joy in my people: and the voice of weeping shall be no more heard in her, nor the voice of crying.
20 There shall be no more thence an infant of days, nor an old man that hath not filled his days: for the child shall die an hundred years old; but the sinner being an hundred years old shall be accursed.
21 And they shall build houses, and inhabit them; and they shall plant vineyards, and eat the fruit of them.
22 They shall not build, and another inhabit; they shall not plant, and another eat: for as the days of a tree are the days of my people, and mine elect shall long enjoy the work of their hands.
23 They shall not labour in vain, nor bring forth for trouble; for they are the seed of the blessed of the Lord, and their offspring with them.
24 And it shall come to pass, that before they call, I will answer; and while they are yet speaking, I will hear.
25 The wolf and the lamb shall feed together, and the lion shall eat straw like the bullock: and dust shall be the serpent's meat. They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain, saith the Lord.

Revelation 20:1-6 below states nothing about a physical kingdom on this existing earth as you (Falsely Claim)

No kingdom or mortal humans on this earth are seen, not a one!

100% In The Lords Spiritual Realm!

Angel, Heaven, Devil, Satan, The Souls, The Dead, God, Christ, 100% Spiritual!

You can claim a physical kingdom and mortal humans are seen on this earth, many claim Santa Claus fly's around the skys pulled by reindeer too :)

Revelation 20:1-6KJV
1 And I saw an angel come down from heaven, having the key of the bottomless pit and a great chain in his hand.
2 And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years,
3 And cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal upon him, that he should deceive the nations no more, till the thousand years should be fulfilled: and after that he must be loosed a little season.
4 And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.
5 But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection.
6 Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years.
In Genesis 1:26-28, God said that He made made man to subdue and rule this earth with its environs of sea and sky. In Genesis 9 God again gives men power over the earth and its animals. In Genesis 12 God promises a Land to Abraham and his seed. In Daniel 2, God promises that Gentile rule will BE REPLACED by a heavenly rule, but that it will "fill THE EARTH". In Matthew 6 Jesus prays that His Father's Kingdom will "COME to earth". In Romans 4:13, the promise to Abraham is extended to the whole earth. In Revelation 11 "the Kingdoms of this world BECOME the Kingdoms of our Lord". That is, God's plan never wavered. The Bible ends with God's saved people "reigning forever" from a City that " came down from heaven".

Brave is the man that said that God had to change His mind because of angel that He made, and men that He made who became naughty. Neither Satan, nor evil men have the slightest chance to thwart God's "eternal purpose to head up all things in Christ in the fullness of time" (Eph.1:8-11, 3:11). He is not called "ALL-MIGHTY" for nothing.

I'm sad to say that you preach a God Who is swayed by His creatures, and I'm doubly sad that your only argument to invalidate Christ's Kingdom on earth is to selectively "spiritualize" Revelation Chapter 20. You have no reason to do this whatsoever. All is perfectly LITERAL. You have decided on an impotent God, Who must run for the shelter of heaven with a "little flock" of eqaully battered Christians. And so you do what men all over do - you annul the Words of this MIGHTY God. You "spiritualize" them away. But let it be known that Revelation Chapter 20 will come to pass as LITERALLY and ACCURATELY as God has said in plain language. Revelation Chapter 20 is the Capstone of the Bible's six thousand years that went before it. It accurately portrays Jesus Christ as a King ruling together with those who BELIEVED Him, OBEYED Him, and DIED for Him. The men are real, the crowns are real and the thrones are real. It is the story of the whole Bible.

Let us investigate Isaiah 11, which we are discussing.
  • Verse 4. "... with righteousness shall he judge the poor, and reprove with equity for the meek of the earth: and he shall smite the earth with the rod of his mouth, and with the breath of his lips shall he slay the wicked."
  • Verse 6. Are there animals in heaven???
  • Verse 7. Does STRAW grow in heaven???
  • Verse 8. Are there children in heaven???
  • Verse 9. "They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain: for the earth shall be full of the knowledge of the LORD, as the waters cover the sea." Can this be New Earth??? Does the New Earth have a SEA???
  • Verse 10. Are there GENTILES in heaven???
  • Verse 11. Is Assyria, Egypt, Pathros and Cush in heaven??? And again, how come there is a sea?
  • Verse 12. "And he shall set up an ensign for the nations, and shall assemble the outcasts of Israel, and gather together the dispersed of Judah from the four corners of the earth".
  • Verse 14. Is Edom, Moab and Ammon in heaven that Israel may lay hands on them???
  • Verse 15. Shall God "smite" streams in heaven???
The scene of Isaiah 11 IS EARTH! The teaching that the subjugation of the animals, lands, nations, rivers and sea is in heaven is funnier than Santa Claus - or maybe more tragic. His "Holy Mountain" is ZION of EARTHLY Jerusalem!

C'mon bro.

Isaiah 11:6-9 & Isaiah 65:17-25 below is exactly the same place, same wolf and lamb, same Holy Mountain?

In The New Heaven, Earth, Jerusalem, (Very Clear) simple, easy to understand, stop running from the presented truth.

Isaiah 11:6-9KJV
6 The wolf also shall dwell with the lamb, and the leopard shall lie down with the kid; and the calf and the young lion and the fatling together; and a little child shall lead them.
7 And the cow and the bear shall feed; their young ones shall lie down together: and the lion shall eat straw like the ox.
8 And the sucking child shall play on the hole of the asp, and the weaned child shall put his hand on the cockatrice' den.
9 They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain: for the earth shall be full of the knowledge of the Lord, as the waters cover the sea.

Yep Animals, Rivers, Great Sea, Fish and Fishermen in the (Eternal) New Heven, Earth, Jerusalem, Pretty Cool, I Like Fishing!

Dont forget the tasty fruit from the tree of life, can you imagine?

Ezekiel 47:1-12KJV
1 Afterward he brought me again unto the door of the house; and, behold, waters issued out from under the threshold of the house eastward: for the forefront of the house stood toward the east, and the waters came down from under from the right side of the house, at the south side of the altar.
2 Then brought he me out of the way of the gate northward, and led me about the way without unto the utter gate by the way that looketh eastward; and, behold, there ran out waters on the right side.
3 And when the man that had the line in his hand went forth eastward, he measured a thousand cubits, and he brought me through the waters; the waters were to the ankles.
4 Again he measured a thousand, and brought me through the waters; the waters were to the knees. Again he measured a thousand, and brought me through; the waters were to the loins.
5 Afterward he measured a thousand; and it was a river that I could not pass over: for the waters were risen, waters to swim in, a river that could not be passed over.
6 And he said unto me, Son of man, hast thou seen this? Then he brought me, and caused me to return to the brink of the river.
7 Now when I had returned, behold, at the bank of the river were very many trees on the one side and on the other.
8 Then said he unto me, These waters issue out toward the east country, and go down into the desert, and go into the sea: which being brought forth into the sea, the waters shall be healed.
9 And it shall come to pass, that every thing that liveth, which moveth, whithersoever the rivers shall come, shall live: and there shall be a very great multitude of fish, because these waters shall come thither: for they shall be healed; and every thing shall live whither the river cometh.
10 And it shall come to pass, that the fishers shall stand upon it from Engedi even unto Eneglaim; they shall be a place to spread forth nets; their fish shall be according to their kinds, as the fish of the great sea, exceeding many.
11 But the miry places thereof and the marishes thereof shall not be healed; they shall be given to salt.
12 And by the river upon the bank thereof, on this side and on that side, shall grow all trees for meat, whose leaf shall not fade, neither shall the fruit thereof be consumed: it shall bring forth new fruit according to his months, because their waters they issued out of the sanctuary: and the fruit thereof shall be for meat, and the leaf thereof for medicine.

I agree. Isaiah 11 and Isaiah 65 address the Holy Mountain. I have answered you on Isaiah 11, on which you did not comment. No matter. I believe that you get the point. You'll think about it when the dust has settled. Let us now turn our attention to Isaiah 65.

The Chapter opens with a hidden prediction of the Church (v.1). Then from verse 2 to 7 is the accusation against Israel at Isaiah's time. Verse 8 to 10 predicts a Remnant. From verse 11 to 16 the chastisement and retribution of the Lord on the Law-breakers is predicted. Verse 17, the start of your proposed scripture, does NOT introduce the New Earth as the subject of the following verses. It is a statement to support the following verses about Israel's restoration. Up to verse 16 it looks like Israel is doomed. The average reader of verses 11 to 16 will cry; "There is no hope then for the Law-breakers! There is no hope then for ALL Israel" The grammar of verse 17 is display of God's power to restore. It points to not only to a complete restoration of Israel, but of the whole polluted EARTH. It says; "You evil Israelites, I will chastise you so severely that you will have no hope. But I am able, not only to restore you, but I possess the power and heart to restore the whole universe!" BUT ... what follows?

The word "BUT" changes the scene. The theme is no longer the New Heavens and Earth. I take my car to the workshop because it makes a strange noise. The mechanic says; "I will have your car like new in three days. BUT ... you'll have to leave it with men for repairs." The subject after the "BUT" has changed from "a car like new" to "repairs". So also Isaiah 65 17 to 18. God is saying, you have broken contract. You will pay dearly for this. But remember Who I am. I am the One Who can make the universe new. BUT ... in the meantime I will .... ."

And how can we know that Jehovah speaks of the time BEFORE the New Earth? EASY!
  1. In verse 20 there is DEATH. But on the New Earth in Revelation 20, all men are resurrected, judged and there is no more DEATH (Rev.21:4)
  2. In verse 21-22 men must WORK to feed themselves. The curse of Eden REMAINS, even if there will be great fertility. But on the New Earth there is NO MORE CURSE (Rev.22:3)
  3. In verse 23 there is CHILDBIRTH. But on the New Earth ALL MEN are in resurrection - and in resurrection there is not childbearing (Lk.20:34-36)
Isaiah 65:17-25 predicts Israel's peaceful life in the Millennium. Death and the curse of Eden are still present, but much abated. And how then is this possible? Because (i) Jehovah will remove their sins (because of the the Lamb), and (ii) Jehovah is the CREATOR! If He has power to CREATE (out of nothing), then He can RENEW the Heavens and the Earth. And if He is able to RENEW the Heavens and the Earth, then He has the power to restore Israel from (i) their sins, (ii) their chastisement, (iii) their captivity and (iv) their diaspora.

But now, besides answering me on Isaiah 65, I get to ask a question of you. In Isaiah 56:5-8, in which age is the "Holy Mountain"?

5 "Even unto them will I give in mine house and within my walls a place and a name better than of sons and of daughters: I will give them an everlasting name, that shall not be cut off.
6 Also the sons of the stranger, that join themselves to the LORD, to serve him, and to love the name of the LORD, to be his servants, every one that keepeth the sabbath from polluting it, and taketh hold of my covenant;
7 Even them will I bring to my holy mountain, and make them joyful in my house of prayer: their burnt offerings and their sacrifices shall be accepted upon mine altar; for mine house shall be called an house of prayer for all people.
8 The Lord GOD which gathereth the outcasts of Israel saith, Yet will I gather others to him, beside those that are gathered unto him."

To give some relief to you, in case you DO answer me, here are some suppositions:
  1. In verse 6 both the sabbath and the Covenant that holds it are in effect. The Sabbath is ordered by the Covenant of Law
  2. In verse 7 we have the STRANGERS praying in a "House" of God, AND there are SACRIFICES that need an ALTAR
It must be abundantly clear then that the Law of Moses is in force in this passage. But Matthew 5:17-18 sets the END of the Law!

17 "Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil.
18 For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled."

The grammar indicates that WHEN heaven and earth pass, and WHEN the Law has been fulfilled (by Israel❊), THEN THE LAW PASSES. So what do you think? Is the Holy Mountain of Isaiah 56:5-8 in the Millennium, or on New Earth?

❊ In regard to the Law, I am aware that Christ fulfilled the Law (verse 17). But Israel was also under Contract (Covenant). THEY must still fulfill the Law. This they do because the Contents of the New Covenant, God's Law, is written inside them and they will intrinsically tend to keep it (Jer.31:31-34).

You claim Jesus Christ, who shed his precious blood on the cross of calvary, is going to sit in a future earthly temple, watching humans sacrifice animals for sin offerings as seen in Ezekiel 43:18-21

That claim is false, and in my opinion blasphemy to the precious shed blood on calvary.

Jesus Christ will return in fire and final judgement, dissolving this earth by fire.

The temple you describe, will be ready for the future Antichrist of Daniel, who will claim to be the Measiah/Jesus returned.
The future sacrifices in the context of the millenial Temple will not be to atone for sin, but will be a memorial remembrance of what Christ has done. A beautiful picture!

6 Also the sons of the stranger, that join themselves to the LORD, to serve him, and to love the name of the LORD, to be his servants, every one that keepeth the sabbath from polluting it, and taketh hold of my covenant;

Isaiah 11:6-9 & Isaiah 65:17-25 below is exactly the same place, same wolf and lamb, same Lion eating straw, same Holy Mountain?

Per the original question of the thread........there will be no future temple.
Ezekiel's temple was built, further evidence is in Nehemiah.

The veil was rent when Christ died on the cross, His blood is now sufficient to appease God's demand for atonement.
With God renting the veil it signified that man was no longer separated from approaching God, we now had direct access to the throne of grace. (the veil had been the point of separation between the altar and the people)

Your Claim Is (False) that blood sacrifice will be a memorial.

God below gives direct ordinances for blood animal Sacrifice (For Sin) seen below.

That seen below is the 2nd Zerubbabel Temple, built in 536BC after the Babylonian Captivity.

This Temple was destroyed in 70AD, come and (Gone)

Ezekiel 43:18-22KJV
18 And he said unto me, Son of man, thus saith the Lord God; These are the ordinances of the altar in the day when they shall make it, to offer burnt offerings thereon, and to sprinkle blood thereon.
19 And thou shalt give to the priests the Levites that be of the seed of Zadok, which approach unto me, to minister unto me, saith the Lord God, a young bullock for a sin offering.
20 And thou shalt take of the blood thereof, and put it on the four horns of it, and on the four corners of the settle, and upon the border round about: thus shalt thou cleanse and purge it.
21 Thou shalt take the bullock also of the sin offering, and he shall burn it in the appointed place of the house, without the sanctuary.
22 And on the second day thou shalt offer a kid of the goats without blemish for a sin offering; and they shall cleanse the altar, as they did cleanse it with the bullock.

I think that you are inwardly turning. You did not counter one of my points. You cannot even comment on the grammar. And you again ignore it in this posting above - the one you made big, bold and blue. According to the grammar, did God create Jerusalem, or did He create the joy and rejoicing? The Hebrew word for "Create" is "bara". "Bara" means, "to create something out of nothing". Does verse 18 above indicate God making Jerusalem which did not exist before, or does it indicate God creating a sensation of joy and rejoicing inside a City that has seen only tears since the time of the Jebusites?

You see brother, each of us may have an opinion. It is our right. But which of us will form his/her opinion based on EXACTLY what God said? Language is to transmit ideas. To do this accurately and consistently, we have rules - called, grammar. If you consistently ignore it, you inevitably miss the idea it transmits.

How long will you deny the simple, and clear truth presented, sad

Revelation 21:1-5 & Isaiah 65:17-19 is exactly the same place, the (Eternal) New Heaven, Earth, Jerusalem.

John's Account Of The New Heaven, Earth, Jerusalem.

Revelation 21:1-5KJV

2 And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.
3 And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God.
4 And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.
5 And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful.

Isaiah's Account Of The New Heaven, Earth, Jerusalem.

Do not think you have won this argument!
Seems you are the one big on pride and short on wisdom.

I posted some time ago the truth that the OT prophesies are all a little here an little there. Isaiah 28:10

Isaiah 65 17 does prophecy Eternity. Then it goes on in Isaiah 65:18-25, to describe what happens before that; in the Millennium Kingdom.
Proved by how there will be births and deaths during the Millennium, but not in Eternity. Revelation 21 to 22

Your Claim is biased and (False)
There isn't any transition in Isaiah 65 showing the eternal New Heaven, Earth, Jerusalem, then referring back to a (False) Millennial Kingdom On This Earth.

Revelation 21:1-5 & Isaiah 65:17-20 is exactly the same place in the (Eternal) New Heaven, Earth, Jerusalem.

You move to the symbolic allegory Seen in Isaiah 65:20 as if a child is literally dying at 100 years old, and you Falsely suggest births in using the word of infant?

The words are doing nothing more than conveying (Eternal) to the human mind.

You run from the fact that the Jerusalem seen is created, and not the present earthly Jerusalem, this is (Eternal) (Rejoice Forever), and yes the infant and child seen is in this (Eternally Created Jerusalem)

Your Claim Is False And Silenced

20 There shall be no more thence an infant of days, nor an old man that hath not filled his days: for the child shall die an hundred years old; but the sinner being an hundred years old shall be accursed.
It has been my experience that men who don't want to acknowledge what God has said, simply declare the Words of God to be "symbolic allegory". But when questioned on the meaning symbolically and allegorically of the rest of the same verse or text, they are quick to duck. You alluded to Isaiah 65:20; "There shall be no more thence an infant of days, nor an old man that hath not filled his days: for the child shall die an hundred years old; but the sinner being an hundred years old shall be accursed".

Where is any indication of allegory here? In Eden, and after the fall, men lived to well over 900 years. And the Millennial Kingdom promises a "regeneration" in Matthew 19:28. The Greek word means "coming out of dormancy to renewed life like plants in spring". That is, with Christ's righteous rule, coupled with His blood "that speaks better things than Abel's", coupled with "the powers of the age to come", which was divine healing, men will again live into the hundreds of years. Men's winter is over and the Millennium is designated as "summer". With lack of plagues, massive harvest, divine healing, all backed by God, a man will easily live 900 years.

So where is the allegory? What is symbolic? NOTHING. The verse says that if a person dies at 100 years they will be reckoned as an INFANT DEATH. And if a man, after a hundred years of the reign of righteousness, and the rule of the rod of iron, is still a sinner, a curse will fall on him. Where is the difficulty? There is none. The difficulty is the minds of men who wish to annul the meaning of God's Words.

But let us, for your sake, assume allegory. Then, we as the under-educated in matters Biblical, may turn to you for knowledge. So please explain the allegorical meaning of
  • New Heaven and New earth
  • not remembered, nor come into mind.
  • to be glad and rejoice for ever
  • Jerusalem
  • her people
  • weeping
  • infant
  • filling one's days
  • houses
  • plant vineyards
  • eat fruit
  • seed of the blessed of the Lord
After all, YOU have chosen the allegorical way. YOU claim superior understanding in that these things are not literal. It is now up to YOU to preach and teach us who have missed the picture. But, sadly, I won't hold my breath. You and I know that you won't. You have been challenged multiple times in this, and other, threads, to lay forth sound, logical exegesis. But you answer with one-liners that only contain accusations - but no solid rebuttal.

Notwithstanding the above, we still esteem you as a brother in the Lord. Go well.
