All these verses are Saying is Both groups have been granted repentance. This is another Calvinist blunder which because of the T you need the I because of course no one can do anything good like Repenting or even believing, so of course we need some gnostic awakening for the frozen chosen . And not everone has been elected in a secret gnostic choosing Council in eternity past . Only those that God has bestowed these special gifts upon . The bible leaves no one that is unable . Granting repentance to both Jews and Gentlies . This leaves no one out .
