God doesn't want His people to be overly gullible to the fear of sickness, disease and death. We all die at one time or another. Our first priority should always be to be living well in obedience to God in all areas of our lives, in daily life, and having a close walk with God - praying to Him regularly for help and guidance in life - and sincerely repenting of all sin in daily life.
The media is good at creating fear and distorting truths. I and many other Christians see it as I do - that it has greatly overly exaggerated the severity of the Coronovirus. But we aren't to let the media to keep us from seeing things from God's perspective. His way of viewing things is always the healthiest and the wisest. So we all need to always pray that God keeps us from swallowing lies that the media is capable of creating. And we are not to let any media news - true or false - to alter God's plan for our lives in daily life.
Another thing I see in error about the overly exaggerated emphasis on Coronovirus - is that it's amazing that people can be so much more concerned about an earthly problem like this than the terror that far outweighs them all! The terror there will be for those who die without the Lord! Their destination will be hell for all eternity! How terrible that will be for them! They can prevent this by accepting Jesus as Lord and Savior of their life. But that's a choice each person must make - to either accept Him or to reject Him.
Those who are true Christians need to always be in the habit of praying for the salvation of the lost, so that as many as is possible can get saved before this world comes to an end. Paul the apostle prayed for the salvation of the Jews. And Jesus said to pray for more preachers to go out into the world. Etc. and etc.
Matt 9:38
38 Pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he will send forth labourers into his harvest.
KJV
