if salvation is assured in eternity past how does this differ with Calvinism ?
It may in many ways.

He may believe in conditional election, resistance grace, that Christ died for all, to name three.

Those animals sacrifices were provided to forgive the Jews of their sins. Their sins, however, were not washed away. They were in remission.
impossible.

the blood of bulls and goats could never take away sin.

if they took away sin, then every Jew would be saved. Whether they believed or not

You would know if you would set your anti calvin bias.

i believe in salvation based on free will choosing to trust god after he has drawn you to himself and convicted you of sin.

Didn’t say they were. But God was covering sins based on what Christ would do just as He covered our sin s based on what Christ has done.

Like eternal said. From Gods perspective not man’s.
Amen, the hidden mystery as paul calls it. They didn’t know hw god would save them just that he would

Exodus 19:3-6 provides the understanding. The nation of Israel was elected to be God’s holy nation, as peter further elaborate in 1 peter 2.

Hence the elect according to peter, refers to the Jews and not gentiles.
1 Peter 1:1-2
Peter, an apostle of Jesus Christ, to the strangers scattered throughout Pontus, Galatia, Cappadocia, Asia, and Bithynia,
Elect according to the foreknowledge of God the Father, through sanctification of the Spirit, unto obedience and sprinkling of the blood of Jesus Christ: Grace unto you, and peace, be multiplied.

Is there something in the Bible that makes you believe Jews and Gentiles even in the New Testament have different rules or doctrines? Because even if Peter is writing to Jews or John is writing to Jews, so what, these are Christian people still they are in Christ, so why does it matter? I thought there is no jew and gentile when it comes to salvation.
Are there any verses that say Jews have different set of instructions in the NT than Gentiles?

Compare scripture with scripture is the best way. Genesis to Revelation.
That still does not work completely I do not think, actually out of context scripture will pose a big problem.

God was covering sins through animal sacrifices. Christ's blood washed away sins.

I could list dozens more...

Leviticus 4:5 And he shall do with the bullock as he did with the bullock for a sin offering, so shall he do with this: and the priest shall make an atonement for them, and it shall be forgiven them.

Sins were forgiven but not washed.

Actually I do not agree with everything my church says I have yet to find a perfect church. But that does not excuse us of falsely accusing others because we think they believe something based on what church they go to
I'm going on what you said you believe.

In this case, every Jew at any time where the atoning sacrifice was made is saved.
Whether they believe god or not

the sacrifices were a symbol, of the only thing which could save.

And trying to add a calvinist flare to it, which means you may hear the words, but you have no understanding of what was said

Both are only found in Christ
Sins were remitted . They needed redeeming. They needed washing away .
21¶But now the righteousness of God without the law is manifested, being witnessed by the law and the prophets;
22Even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe: for there is no difference:
23For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;
24Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus:
25Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God;
26To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus.
No this verse ( as the Catholics teach ) is not talking about our past sins .
But all the sins before the cross that were only remitted.

Thankyou 😊 we can all learn off each other.
I see your sister is backing you up, then again you are just like her, that’s why she is on ignore, she does not know how to have a normal conversation either without attacking people from a tainted point of view.
