correct. God calls a person to believe, and when they believe, they are justified. That is why the order Paul gives is foreknew, predestinated, called, justified, glorified!
God calls a person to believe ?Everyone without exception?

Yes, but Romans 8:10 is talking about those who are Called. And calling in that place precedes justification.

Call, faith, justify in that order.

Where does it say that God predestined a person after they are saved can you give me a scripture reference
Again, Romans 8. God has to have prior knowledge (foreknowledge) of a man before He predestines the man.

29 For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren.

At what point in time does God know a man as a son?

John 1:12 But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:

In order for God to know a man, the man must believe upon Jesus Christ and become a son.

Romans 8 is comforting those that are suffering . So Paul is saying that in light of this momentarily affliction, that these sufferings are not worthy to be compared with the glory to come . Thats the whole point of Romans 8 . He is comforting them about their certain Guaranteed future of the redemption of the body . Even the creation is waiting for this . Paul is not ramdomly giving a reminder that they were chosen to be converted . They are already converted .

You have not given a scripture that states this. I don’t care about extrapolation, I want a direct reference.
Every time you see the word Predestination. I'm not talking about the Calvinistic philosophical version of the term Predestination, that has hijacked the term ,so that no one can think straight because of this. No I'm talking about what Paul is saying about what we are guaranteed to and the Holy Spirit IS the Guarantee.
Eph 1
5Having predestinated us unto the ADOPTION of !!!!! children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will, ( Yet future to happen to sons . We become a son through the new birth )

22For we know that the whole creation groaneth and travaileth in pain together until now.
23And not only they, but ourselves also, which have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption, to wit, the redemption of our body.
24For we are saved by hope: but hope that is seen is not hope: for what a man seeth, why doth he yet hope for?
Rom 8
13¶In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise,
14Which is the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise of his glory.
Eph 1.13

Every one who is a Christian has to come across the word ' predestination ' eventually . And they need to understand what the word means in context. And Election also. They both have entirely separate meanings.
I agree
but Calvinism does not even need to
Be mentioned. Unless a Calvinist is sharing their view and you share a view that disagrees. Then you discuss it

That is not what has been happening here

There is a view of predestination that does not include God predestining people to hell. I hold that view.

I do not believe in positive/positive predestination, or even double predestination. Now that sounds contradictory to other things I’ve said to some, but only because it’s hard to wrap our heads around God’s ways. We have to accept two seemingly paradoxical truths when they are taught in the Bible, even though we can’t fully understand.

It’s like the Trinity. One God three persons. People find that contradictory. It’s not. It’s just higher than human logic because it’s God.
I don't quite understand could you explain your view?

Elect according to the foreknowledge of God. God knew us intimately before we were born, chose us before we were born, and predestined us before we were born.

This much is certain. The only question is conditional or unconditional election?

I leave that question alone, because I don’t feel I understand election well enough to take a side. I get the feeling that neither position adequately defines election. I just chalk it up as “waiting for further light on the matter”.
