Hi all - I'm hoping admin sees my message here. I have tried downloading, accessing app for having live chat but no success. Is there an email to contact?

Try what TabinRivCA suggested. Personally, I have never downloaded the app for live chat since the site format change over 2 years ago. In my opinion the best in-depth conversations take place in the forums. Glad to have you join us. Welcome to CC.

I had problems with the chat before.. Tried to reinstall it but no good.. I found out i have to completely uninstall the one i had and load on the new one for the new one to work.. Not sure if that is your problem?
