Unleavened.
Since Jesus was without sin and leaven typified sin AND Jesus said this is my Body, He was indicating through the unleavened bread we were to partake of His sinlessness.
Off the top of my head...'Simon of Cyrene' comes to mind.Who picked up Jesus' cross and carried it for Him?

It was the high priest's servant Malchus that got his right ear cut off by Peter (who happened to be the Real High Priest - Jesus Christ's servant......funny and kind of ironic).
John 18:10 New King James Version (NKJV)
10 Then Simon Peter, having a sword, drew it and struck the high priest’s servant, and cut off his right ear. The servant’s name was Malchus.

Yep! And you are looking these up? I thought we had to strain our brain to dredge them up from the deep, dark recesses! ha!
Some things get misfiled in the deep dark recesses and I have to search the scriptures to find the Truth! lol!
I guessed his right ear and all I could remember was the guy's name began with an "M".......lol!
First, Noah released a raven.....it did not return.
Next, Noah released a dove....it returned.
Last, Noah released the dove again and it brought back the olive twig.
