Precisely.

I am legally blind and I have a handicap parking placard (plus an accompanying card in my wallet). Anyone who drives me around cannot legally park in an H/C space for me if I don't have that placard. While I am indeed visually impaired, a police officer would be correct in issuing my driver (and/or me) a ticket for parking illegally in a H/C space if I'm unable to prove or affirm my disability with the placard.
To display the handicap placard and have the disability card is (State Law)

There is no Ohio State Law or Logan School district policy (Covid19), that states you must show a Doctor's medical evaluation when claiming you have a respiratory exclusion from facial covering.

Very same way children 10 and under are excluded from Ohio State mandated facial covering, you think every child is going to carry around their birth certificate, Big Smiles!

Your a real big smile (y)

You show me Ohio law, or Logan School district policy that a person must show a medical doctors evaluation of a condition when claimed, to be excluded from facial covering on public property?

Until then your silenced, waiting? (y)
Wait, what? You're silencing me until I do as you say? :ROFL:

The closest thing I could find is this article which shows that the law requires the employee to show documentation of medical exemption if the employee is to work without a facial covering.

As I mentioned earlier, Covid-19 and mandatory mask wearing is new frontier in legislation. They recommend accommodations for people who can't wear masks, but they don't explicitly state a public or private entity has to allow people who claim they are medically exempted to stay either. This is all moot, as she didn't show documentation though.

You have not shown a Ohio State Law or A Logan School District Policy That requires a person to show Medical Proof of a respiratory illness when stating they have a respiratory exclusion (Asthma) from wearing a face covering.

There were statements in your information provided of citations written, $25 fines, police wouldn't respond to violations?

This female was physically harmed, tased, arrested, Infront of her children who are traumatized, while complying with State Law and guidelines.

The Logan School District Is Gonna Pay Big!

Sorry, I never made the claim that documentation has to be required, I merely said that she didn't provide documentation (fact) nor did she say she was "medically exempted" (fact).

If you copy/paste the post I made that it "has to be required" I'd appreciate it. Otherwise, you just made a paper tiger to tear down.

Now, can you provide a timestamp of the video for when the woman claimed "medical exemption"? If you can't, are you going to silence yourself? (just a joke, I don't want you to really silence yourself lol)

So "asthma" is now "medically exempt"? Stating one has "asthma" is the same as saying "I am medically exempt from wearing a mask"? This is not synonymous and I think you actually know better.

There is no Ohio State Law or Logan School District Policy that States You Have To Use The Words (Medically Exempt) or Show A Doctors Evaluation of a respiratory illness.

The female stated she had (Asthma) a respiratory illness, that put her in the exempt category as per the Ohio State mandate and guidelines for face coverings.

“For people with very mild asthma or well-controlled asthma, it’s probably not going to be an issue,” said Dr. David Stukus, member of the Medical Scientific Council for the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America (AAFA), in an article on the organization’s website. British charity Asthma UK agreed, stating on its website: “Most people with asthma, even if it’s severe, can manage to wear a face mask or covering for a short period of time.”

@Truth7t7

I'm sorry for making you think I'm a troll because we disagree that someone with asthma is automatically exempt from wearing a facial covering and that claiming you have asthma is the same thing as saying you are medically exempt.

Vilifying me for disagreeing with you is a page taken directly from the BLM movement. I bet you didn't realize how much you had in common with them before this thread.

This is a fact. My grandson has asthma. He wears a mask any time he is in a crowd. Wearing it hasn't triggered an attack.

Governor DeWine Issues Statewide Mask Order, Travel Warning

July 22, 2020 | COVID-19
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:
July 22, 2020

MEDIA CONTACTS:
Dan Tierney: 614-644-0957
Breann Almos: 614-799-6480
(COLUMBUS, Ohio)—Ohio Governor Mike DeWine and Lt. Governor Jon Husted today provided the following updates on Ohio's response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

STATEWIDE MASK ORDER
Governor DeWine announced that beginning on Thursday, July 23, at 6:00 p.m., a statewide mask mandate will go into effect for citizens living in all 88 Ohio counties.

"Our preliminary data indicate that the rate of increase in new cases has slowed in the high-risk counties where masks are already mandated, so we are cautiously optimistic that things are heading in the right direction," said Governor DeWine. "We believe that requiring masks statewide will make a significant difference and will be key to making sure other counties do not progress to a higher level of increased spread."

All individuals in Ohio must wear facial coverings in public at all times when:
  • At an indoor location that is not a residence
  • Outdoors, but unable to maintain six-foot social distance from people who are not household members
  • Waiting for, riding, driving, or operating public transportation, such as a taxi, a car service, or a private car used for ride-sharing.
The order only requires those 10 years old or older to wear a mask. Additional exclusions include:
  • Those with a medical condition or a disability or those communicating with someone with a disability;
  • Those who are actively exercising or playing sports;
  • Those who are officiants at religious services;
  • Those who are actively involved in public safety; or
  • Those who are actively eating or drinking.
Schools should follow the guidance previously issued pertaining to masks.

Dr. Truth7t7, please read the following link: https://sanduskyregister.com/news/268530/few-medical-exemptions-exist-for-mask-order/

Many people have claimed that chronic respiratory illnesses — like asthma and COPD — would make it too difficult to breathe through masks, but according to doctors, that isn't the case.
"I have a pulmonary clinic where I see patients with advanced lung diseases, and everyone wears a mask and can breathe," Cooper said. "People with respiratory conditions should wear masks because they're the ones we especially don't want catching COVID-19."

"Wearing a face mask shouldn't obstruct breathing," said Cooper, who as a pulmonologist specializes in respiratory conditions.
Fabric face masks are porous enough to allow air through while trapping respiratory droplets exhaled by individuals.
But if a person has concerns about breathing through a mask, Cooper suggests they contact their doctor and look into alternatives like a face-shield.

So um... do you still think "asthma" and being "medically exempt" are synonymous? Furthermore, can you copy/paste where "asthma" is listed as one of the medical conditions or disabilities that exempts people from wearing facial coverings? If it doesn't list asthma, then do you think having ANY type of medical condition exempts you from having to wear facial coverings? This takes us down a rabbit hole no one wants to go in...

or, you could just look at all the data that masks do little to stop covid, unless you have a n95 medical grade mask..

I wasn't aware I (or we) were discussing the effectiveness of masks from stopping Covid-19. I thought we were discussing how a woman was arrested for breaking the law by trespassing and was tasered/arrested for it and that just because you have asthma doesn't mean you're automatically claiming medical exemption or that you are even medically exemption in the first place.

An Ohio woman was tased and arrested at her sons soccer game for not wearing a mask. Three were arrested in Idaho for singing psalms outside and not wearing masks. Both events were outside. What are we coming to here people?! We have people "peacefully protesting" with no masks and no arrests made. Rona doesn't bother protesters apparently. When all this started I was whole hog. Did the social distance, hand sanitizer, and masks when they first started. But when I saw protesters screaming profanity and spitting at police and the news media and "experts" saying nothing about the Rona, that was the minute I knew I had been had. I dearly hope these people sue and win. I know had they done it to me they would be very, very sorry they made that choice. Sorry, rant over. Had to get that off my chest.
Ah no footage but i think i saw the one... A woman in the stand of a stadium... Ok then...
I'll call the Ohio police and raise a more totalitarian Victoria police in Australia...

Two elderly women sitting on a park bench are surrounded by cops. One of them has her phone snatched out of her hands

Woman being choked and manhandled into submission. She had a valid exemption for not wearing a mask

This man escaped the mental ward of a hospital... He is now in a coma after this sickening head stomp from Vicpol...

A pregnant woman is told that she cannot sit alone on a park bench to catch her breath while she was walking...

You're hypothesizing an outcome and saying it's a "fact." That isn't how facts work. Having said that, I 100% agree that it would have gone viral to an exponential level than it is now. Nevertheless, it's a moot point and we become hypocrites when we tell the BLM movement to stop looking at skin color when we create hypothetical scenarios using skin color to make an irrelevant point. We become even bigger hypocrites when we condemn police officers for enforcing the law (she was trespassing).
Thank you for being honest enough to say this and for stating the facts surrounding her arrest.
