God does not "regenerate" to work in person's life and bring down a person's pride.
You realize you are stating that God gives the gift of eternal life without them even being aware or knowing the Gospel... how can that even make sense.

John 6:47 is true, as are all of the scriptures, but they must harmonize, if you are to understand the truths contained in the doctrine of Jesus. 1 Cor 2:14 says that the natural man cannot discern the things of the Spirit, and thinks them to be foolishness, so John 6:47 does not harmonise with 1 Cor 2:14, with the theory that the natural man is the one that can believeth in the things of the Spirit.
Those, in John 6:47,. who believe, are those that are able to hear our spiritual God's voice, as indicated in John 10:26-28., which will harmonize with John 6:47. God's sheep are his regenerated children.

God starts working in a believers life,from day one of salvation....after all..what would be the point of the Holy Spirit.
He changes us to be more like Jesus.....we follow Him....not the world....but it takes time...he gives us that faith to believe it..

I have dealt with 1Cor 2:14 several times.. and this is why scripture is of no avail when discussing with you, you will simply deny the the historical, contextual, audience relevance meaning.
Paul was writing to the Church in Corinth .. he was refuting gnostic elements in that church... telling them that spiritual truth cannot be understood through human philosophy.
This has nothing to do with man's inability to believe... a false dogma.

Yes, and God is also revealing Himself by His creation to all men so they have no excuse.
Romans 1
All inspired scriptures are written to God's regenerated children informing them how that they have been saved eternally, and as instructions as to how he wants them to live their lives as they sojourn here on earth, they are not written to the unregenerate instructing them on how to get saved eternally, as they cannot discern the things of the Spirit. As far as the natural man is concerned, the inspired scriptures fall on deaf ears.
This doctrine will harmonize with all of the scriptures. Your theory of Jesus's doctrine will not.
Your desire to know the truths in the scriptures, indicates, to me, that you are one of God's chosen children, but you have been indoctrinated into believing a false doctrine.
The church at Corinth"s membership did not have the unregenerate natural man as a member, it did, however, have some believing members that were still in their infancy, as newborn "babes in Christ" and were in need of being taught the righteousness of God, contained in the gospel.

Apart from justification there is no regeneration
Romans 1 does not have reference to the natural man, but to the regenerate man, and, yes, the regenerate man can appear to be unregenerate in their actions, sometimes. It is the regenerate man that holds the truth in unrighteousness, and has no excuse. The unregenerate man, does not hold the truth in any form.

This is begging the question . Your yet to establish that 1 cor 2.14 is a unbeliever . The problem you have is the things the ' natural man ' is unable to understand the carnal Christian is also unable to understand. The mature ( perfect) / spiritual ( spiritual means mature) can understand. 1 cor 2.6 . So paul is simply contrasting only two types of believers . Mature v Carnal / fleshy / natural / babe . CC is a good example of this as we see some believers unable to understand the things and things the things of the spirit, the mature things as foolish . Paul is not using a non sequitur in one verse to randomly " by the way unbelieves cannot believe the Gospel . why would he mention this ??
If you want to put a "period" on harmonizing the scriptures, that is your choice. Those that Christ died for on the cross, were justified by Christ's faithfulness in going to the cross.
New born babes in Christ are, indeed, spiritual, being feed on the spiritual milk. They cannot understand the deep things of God until they have gradually grown into maturity by hearing, and being taught the full gospel. Isaiah 28;9-10 explains this process.

Obviously, non-believers are not saved, and yet God is working in them none-the-less.

That scripture is saying........” He “......will convict the world....it does not say he is working in the non believer,that is your own interpretation of it.
...God brings us to believe we don’t bring ourselves..we were chosen..no choice in My salvation.
