Who are you to judge God? Obey God and leave the judging to him instead. God's commandments were given to us, not the other way around.
Easy brother. He’s trying to gain understanding. Remember, milk and solid food.

God gave Moses the Ten Commandments. He commanded “Thou shalt not kill” then in the days of Saul and David, God commanded them and the Israeli army to slaughter the Philistines, even their women and babies in the suck and their animals also. Explain the contradiction in these biblical passages. I find many biblical contradictions.
As has been explained, the "kill" refers to murder. Execution for sins was also part of the process, and isn't murder. For example, one who does murder was to be executed. Execution obviously isn't murder, else the executioners would have to be executed also, and so on.

The Philistines were bad people and deserved to die. Obviously, so bad that even the women, babies and animals put the Israelites at risk. I can't see why this is hard to understand...

What on earth are you saying?

To answer your question: No we are not all God's people as you said, only Christians are God's people as the Bible teaches.

1 John 3:10 By this it is evident who are the children of God, and who are the children of the devil: whoever does not practice righteousness is not of God, nor is the one who does not love his brother.

John 8:44
You are of your father the devil, and your will is to do your father's desires. He was a murderer from the beginning, and has nothing to do with the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks out of his own character, for he is a liar and the father of lies.

And NO to your question about equality as well, no such thing. Impartiality sure, but equality no.

As to the rest of your post, I had to decipher what you were saying and I am guessing you seemed to oppose the death penalty, well, the New Testament supports both and allows for men to be soldiers, Cornelius was a just man and served in the Roman army.

As for the death penalty, in the New Testament:

Romans 13:4 For he is the minister of God to thee for good. But if thou do that which is evil, be afraid; for he beareth not the sword in vain: for he is the minister of God, a revenger to execute wrath upon him that doeth evil.

Rom 1:32 Though they know God's righteous decree that those who practice such things deserve to die, they not only do them but give approval to those who practice them.

So all you had to offer was your opinions and something weird about Paul, who would disagree with you. I hope we can agree on these verses.
We surely agree on these verses. They are in the bible thats for sure. You certainly do live in the world i see everyday.
The world accuses us of wrongdoing if we eat not to be eaten, then it breaks its own laws commanding we be ate. Meanwhile, the confluence of life, the discovery and spiritual reality of life we were given, the, true building and sharing of life and the coveted theophany sfumato which is every moment of every day is relegated to a moment here, a moment there, and those who refuse to do evil are made into a prey. How can i love my brother fully, knowing i have never met him? How can i demand you love me, when what i have shown you is only what i had to, in reaction to the context of my bitterness. For every heart knows its own bitterness, and no man can share its joy>

In that day you will realize, I am in you and your are in me and i am in the father. Therefore God gave him a name which above every name. If you do not believe i am who i say i am, you will indeed die in your sins, the father loves me because i do what pleases him. The divine logos(logic/morality/fellowship is the foundation of what a man is and from which all men are constructed. (all evidence to the contrary.)

If we obeyed God's command to Noah and his family in dealing with murderers, our common ancestors - we would have solved a number of societal-wide problems before they even became problems.

What we have here is God contradicting man's wisdom and the thoughts of man's heart. The consequence of sin that is upon all men.

For the cause of Christ
