Galatians 5
21 Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.

We have 2 options perhaps . 1) inheritance may not be the same as heaven . Or 2)
It's describing those that are not saved , and not Christs Verse 24And they that are Christ's HAVE crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts.

If you murdered someone as one of Christs why would repenting save you ? Was it not necessary for Jesus to come and suffer ,to die on a cross ,if all we had to do was change our mind ?

Jackson123, I am just guessing. Are your posts for the purpose of batting the hook, or are you truly trying to get someone to teach you?

Well Actually David was spared because of his broken and contrite heart. David saw the Holy Spirit depart from Saul ,that's why he prayed " don't take your Holy Spirit from me " . No one was ' born again in the OT . This is made possible only in the after the resurrection and the giving of the Holy Spirit to be sealed by the Holy spirit to Guranteed future redemption of the body ( The Adoption .Rom 8.23 )

Do you believe keep murder without repent go to heaven because you are Christian?

20 For I say unto you, That except your righteousness shall exceed the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, ye shall in no case enter into the kingdom of heaven.

Not exceed not enter the kingdom

Unsave murder not go to heaven

Christian must exceed, not only not murder but more than that, more than not murder, not murder &+ love

I don't like this verse but I am not able to change the verse

I wish I am able to change this verse into
For Christian murder, rob the bank go to heaven

I am posting this subject because people in my church and some people in this forum believe murder or what ever sin not bring you to hell, and the bible say murder not inherit the kingdom

I need to know why just believe what ever in the bible.

As a sinner I like the teaching that sin is ok, only reduce my reward. But I don't think It Will happen like I wish, It Will happen like what God say in the bible

Do you believe a person that Being sea led by Holy Spirit commit murder and not repent?

I believe Jesus forgive to people whosoever believe in Him

What is believe mean
Not only believe that Jesus is God but also believe His teaching

And His teaching is to love your neighbors like youself, not all the way around, to murder your neighbors

If you not believe his teaching than you are not forgiven
 
Unsave murder need repent

Save murder don't need repent, keep killing, keep rob the bank

Than unsave have higher standart than save

It Seem Jesus say otherwise

I understand as a sinner I wish after I accept Jesus what ever sin I commit I still go to heaven

Unfortunatelly I am not God and don't have the authority to make the rule.

I think so. Heaven is a kingdom, because lead by King of king

5Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will,Eph 1.5 This is saying ( inspite of what Calvinists have been told by Augustine , Calvin , Edwards , pink , Sproul, piper , ect ) is A Guarentee because God has guaranteed After you believe you are predestined to certain Adoption which is ( Rom 8.23 ) the redemption of the body . This is God's promise.

29For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren.
30Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified. Here we have Guatenteed future Adoption AFTER we believe so much so from God's perspective we are already Glorified. Its as good as done for the believer .

35Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?

No one was ' sealed ' or born again in the OT . that only happens after Jesus resurrection.
