This all is looking like at a 3D chess game at this point.
The more I look the more it appears what is happening now with regard to Covid 19, and the hype surrounding it these many months, could be like a Trojan horse. In that, while the reason for things being made compulsory or mandated, like masks in retail shops, the real purpose of this exploited horse is the advent of Authoritarianism globally.
Take California for instance. Yes, take it, please.
Jacobson v. Massachusetts a decision that went all the way to the highest court and during the Smallpox outbreak many years ago. Basically, in the event of a contagion risk like that of Smallpox, this decision in a nutshell states government can force compliance to receiving a vaccine when it is a matter of insuring public safety.

In California, children are required to be vaccinated, or have a medical exemption, to attend school. The new
law creates a review process that
gives public health officials the final say on those waivers, with the authority to reject them.
At a national level as pertains to vaccine compliance, this from the mid 1980's. "
National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act in 1986 freed pharmaceutical companies from liability for injuries resulting from childhood vaccines—“no matter how toxic the ingredients, how negligent the manufacturer or how grievous the harm.”

Exporting the no-liability model
In 2016, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and the Wellcome Trust—the world’s two wealthiest charitable foundations and two of the biggest global funders of
vaccine development and
vaccine programs—teamed up with vaccine manufacturers and government
partners from a variety of countries to launch the Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations (CEPI). According to a recent analysis in the
Emory Law Journal, the blanket immunity ushered in by the NCVIA has been so successful for vaccine manufacturers that CEPI is looking to
export it, creating “liability protection and compensation mechanisms based on the U.S. model for vaccine liability” around the world.
Maybe this is why we're being lied to about number of positives in testing for C 19, as well as fatality numbers. To produce something on the books that makes Covid 19 appear to be a public health crisis. And as such, allow authorities at the state and federal level to invoke these certain laws to mandate compliance to vaccination.
And the hurry up to create a vaccine, supposedly Russia already has one and news reports say Putin's daughter received this new vaccine, the pharmaceutical companies aren't liable if what they conjure up in a hurry does more harm than good.
