Please bear in mind how the Jews treated Jesus for quoting from the prophets.

Yes, they sought to kill Him because He claimed to be God.

Ergo, He was a liar ((your view)) or He is God taking on the form of a man ((Christianity's view))

I only believe what God says.

God foretold Jesus and fulfilled His promise.

So how do you understand the prophecy of 2Sam 7:12?

Or, can you show a verse stating that Jesus is God incarnate?

And how do you understand that God worked through Jesus Ac 2:22?

I don't think anyone said that Christ the anointing Holy Spirit of God was not the word and power of God that worked in the Son of man, Jesus, the apostle/ prophet.

Jesus did not do His own will.

Of his own flesh he declared; "it profits for nothing.." He prayed his father's will be done on earth not the will of his own corrupted flesh and blood.

Please check Jesus' words in Jn 5:18 and Jn 10:35-36 instead of relaying on the Jewish accusation.

It's truly frightening that people call themselves Christian yet don't believe the fundamentals of Jesus divinity, the Trinity or understand His incarnation. How did we fall so far away from the truth? smh

Jesus was not sent as a messenger to do His own will. He was moved and strengthened to do the will of God who lived in him

Some people believe God while others believe man-made stories.

You are right, kaylagrl. Almost 2000 years and we fell so far from the truth that quoting from the God's Word makes one a heretic & getting banned from this forum.

I wasn't speaking to you. But since you replied, I don't know what Bible you're reading but it's not the Word of God. And you're on your way to getting banned. A person that doesn't believe in Christ's divinity is not a Christian. Period.

OK. . . So then Jesus was not a apostle and was not sent as a prophet to declare the words of His father? And his flesh did profit for something ? Whose words was he sent with? Where is the evidence. What the verdict today?
