How are you going @Magenta. I have not seen you for a while now?
Hello Ruby, good morning to you :) Thank you for thinking about me and asking :D I had two medical procedures last week that kind of surprisingly knocked the stuffing out of me, so I have been keeping a bit of a low profile, resting and sleeping lots :D How are you doing?

Oh ok, I hope the two procedures both went well for you. Yes sleep is the best thing for you to do although I bet your cat wakes you up to be fed when it is hungry. My cat would do that to me. She would knock on my bedroom window from outside very early in the morning demanding her biscuits lol. If it wasn't at four in the morning it would be humerous.

i have been doing ok, a bit in limbo atm but hopefully answers will come soon :)

Yes, the procedures went well; they were follow-ups to the chemo and radiation I went through from April 28th to June 2nd, and I now have my surgery booked for August 14th. Please keep me in your prayers :) There was also a COVID outbreak at the same hospital just a few days before I had to go there, and with all the misinformation and confusion around that issue? A bit concerning, to put it mildly. Heh, my cat never wakes me up to be fed, is that weird? I feed her twice a day and she does get impatient with me if I delay too long after getting up, and then she starts nipping at me like biting me is going to make me feed her faster

Yes of course. Lord please work through the surgeon of Magenta's. Guide his hands and be his wisdom. Let him not do surgery by his flesh but rather by your spirit. Thank you that he does nothing except approved of and by your spirit. Give him discernment and help him to see by your spirit. Let the surgery be a complete success with no complications. May he report that it has been his best surgery so far. Protect Magenta from this virus and let her have a supernatural recovery rate. Let your spirit provide that life to her body, the same spirit you promised that gives life to our mortal body in Jesus name. Amen.

No your cat was not weird. Perhaps just better mannered and entitled than mine

Thank you, Ruby :) I have to go again a few days before surgery for blood work and an ECG. My cat does visit me in bed but usually only for a short time, though she does like to have the bed all to herself LOL. Mostly when I am not in there the door is closed, just as a measure to try to cut down on how much and where her furs gets shed, and what may be shredded by her claws :)

Do you have plans for the day? It's Friday!

No worries.
Cat fur is a problem and nuisance but life with a cat is better esp if you are on your own.
The day is nearly over here, close to 5pm. I am at my sisters till next week and then I return home to the city. I have mostly been on and off the computer today as it has been a glum day with rain. We are in winter, nearly over thank God. Had to collect wood for the fire and went in and did some grocery shopping earlier.

@Ruby123
Life with cat(s) is better, period.
We have two cats now and I think that it's exponentially better compared to only one. I'd probably turn into a cat hoarder if husband allowed it. I think about 3 is ideal, I get very excited thinking about cats nicely distributed, chilling out in almost every room...

Cats have done so much for my mental health and emotional health. Just by them being there, I made 10 year progress leaps within weeks, in how I handled stress and various other things. Literally Godsend. Regret not getting my cat earlier (first one that was already there was husband's and anti cuddler because men ruin cats).

Our cats most often cry to me to take the favorite toy out, or call me in the morning to come hang out in the living room (we freefeed - it's not food). :)

I would probably be a crazy cat lady to but where I am renting I cannot have a cat :( They are such good company.

FYI Danny boy........

Tomorrow I leave for a 6 day stay at a Rental on Lake Guntersville!!!!!

Been a long time since I have felt physically well enough to take on such an excursion, but, shoot, what's the WORST that can happen?

Anyhoo, they are suppose to have WiFi, and, if they do, I'll keep a running pictorial of my FISHING VICTORIES!
