He said.......... “I”...........believe in Jesus Christ,.....how can he believe in Christ in his own strength?

God brings you to a place of believing/ receiving faith......how can we bring ourselves to that place...we can’t.

We are saved by God......it sounds like he saved himself.

When I was saved..God spoke directly to my Spirit..it was irresistible and I heard.....received him there and then,straight into my heart.

I think a couple on here have head knowledge...but no heart knowledge......you see great change in a true born again after salvation.

I was wrong about being deceived..I was adamant I was right.....but God showed me..it’s not about what you think JR..it’s my word. Not yours.

Dusky thought it funny me saying that?....why I wonder.

God saved me..I played no part in it.

I never chose..I was chosen by God....I never had a say in being saved...that was God’s plan before I was even born..he Also chose me to Glorify His Name above all names.
Everything is about God......not me and I.

You are throwing accusations around again on who I’ve been listening to....stop it please.

your accusing others of choosing god when they did not.

If you want me to stop accusing you then stop repeating the words they use

We don’t choose to receive God.....sorry I disagree.

The doctrine of unlimited atonement or universal atonement claims Jesus died for every sin committed by all mankind.

The doctrine of limited atonement or definite atonement claims Jesus died for each specific sin of only those who believe.

Basically...
 
@jackrosie you are not misrepresenting others by saying they believe they chose God as you are being accused. Several here teach it, I've quoted some of it.

It is exactly what many here teach, and it is part of the free will error.
