My conscience would seriously bother me if I agreed to take a Covid vaccination, and so I would refuse to take it. Just like Jesus refused to jump off the temple, when the devil asked Him to do such a foolish thing! The Bible says we are not to disobey our consciences, and also that we are to obey God, rather than man.

Luke 4:9-12

9 And he brought him to Jerusalem, and set him on a pinnacle of the temple, and said unto him, If thou be the Son of God, cast thyself down from hence:

10 For it is written, He shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee:

11 And in their hands they shall bear thee up, lest at any time thou dash thy foot against a stone.

12 And Jesus answering said unto him, It is said, Thou shalt not tempt the Lord thy God.
KJV

Acts 5:29

29 Then Peter and the other apostles answered and said, We ought to obey God rather than men.
KJV

1 Cor 6:19-20

19 What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?

20 For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's.
KJV

I would not recommend doing that, its like testing God, we should comply with the government always.

I respect your views on this. I agree we should always obey the government in things that God approves of us to be doing. But that we should not comply with government orders that order us to do things that God has not told us to do. And should not do things that we feel could possibly be dangerous to our health. I don't think we should ever lay aside our God-given right to make decisions pertaining to that, but should instead, rely upon the Spirit's leading, prayerfully whenever we are asked to do things that we sincerely question in our minds and have doubts that they are good to do.

Acts 5:29

Here's a site I found, that also says one should obey one's conscience, rather than man:
