That you can mix those two up is baffling.
NOTHING to mix up. Hebrew is NOT a dead language, just the opposite. Kabbalah represents the Tree of Life. The same tree we find in the beginning in Genesis and the same tree we find in the end in Revelation. Just as Jesus is the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end. Kabbalah teaches that God used the Hebrew alphabet to fashion and create the universe. I understand how inadequate I am to teach on this deep of a level and I understand how difficult it is for most people to understand. Even though this is all so easy and simple to understand that a child could learn this along with learning the alphabet in kindergarten before they are ready to begin school.

My brother has his PhD in Child Psychology. He did his dissertation on a preschool readiness test. My dad was a pediatrician and he actually used my brothers preschool test with his patients. During the Kingdom age children will be able to pass from Kindergarten to their first year in school when they have learned the Hebrew Alphabet and what the individual Hebrew Letters represent. Actually every pen stroke has profound meaning. We learn then when Jesus tells us: "For assuredly, I say to you, till heaven and earth pass away, one jot or one tittle will by no means pass from the law till all is fulfilled." (Matthew 5:18) This is in the sermon on the Mount, the greatest and most important sermon ever preached. Everything we need to know is in this sermon.

You're still missing the point. Go back and read Angela's statement carefully.

Proof that 'there ain't no mountain high enough, ain't no river wide enough', that can stop a KJ onlyist from or dissuade them from, their error
This could be a childish reaction. What you have is a zero counterpoint. "Prove all things" 1 Thess. 5:21.

How does it feel to be unsure what God has said? I wouldn’t even read a version knowing it contained errors. You might as well talk with the devil. He’ll give you most of the truth. See Eve. It’s the oldest deception in the Bible.
Just full of trite non-biblical expressions when you get your dander up. To be expected when defending the indefensible I guess

Even the original manuscripts have certain variations
Would you prove your bold assertion here. Do you have evidences of "the original manuscripts" have certain variations? Have you seen "the original manuscripts?" Thanks. "Prove all things"

Llena, if you could not give evidences, umm, i think that's a funny thing and perhaps a fake news!

Getting into things like this sounds like what the scriptures warn about;
Yes and a lot of what they teach about various symbols is best to avoid. I am only talking about the letters themselves. Learning the Hebrew Alphabet. I am not talking about the advanced teaching. Some things we may be better off to avoid or wait until we get to Heaven where there will be no error and we will not have to avoid any teaching there. I already had a conversation with Paul about a something he wrote in the Bible. In Heaven if we do not understand then we can ask the person that wrote the Bible directly to explain to us what he was talking about.

Actually, it is up to you to prove the KJ is inspired and without error, but since there have been several revisions of that Bible wherein corrections have been made, I would not hold my breath if I were you.

YOU haven't seen the originals and would not be allowed to touch them if you could!

The NT is written in Koine Greek but the KJ translators were students of classical Greek and NOT familiar with Koine. There were suggestions that Koine was actually Judaic or Hebrew Greek and it seems you and the other guy are familiar with that and are going with that as some kind of defense of the indefensible.

You know, Angela went to some trouble to explain it all, but you guys are so deep underwater that you made fun of that too.

FYI, there are also certain issues with the KJ translation from the OT Hebrew into English.

Prove all things has no concert with the discussion here. First of all, you forgot the latter part of the verse.

"Prove all things; hold fast that which is good." I intend to do just that.

My goodness, I have already fallen the judgment without giving you the ample time produce your evidence. Give you more time for it. Thanks

Paul was writing in reference to prophecies, not your personal application. You cannot do that with scripture. In fact, you are doing just what that verse warns against.

That is impossible, errors in the original Hebrew are very very rare. The reason is that every letter has a numeric value. So the scribe can add that up and see right away if they made a mistake. There are 304,805 letters in the Torah and 660,000 pen strokes (Jots & Titles). Jesus made it very clear that: "For truly I tell you, until heaven and earth disappear, not the smallest letter, not the least stroke of a pen, will by any means disappear from the Law until everything is accomplished." (Matthew 5:18)

No, your new here, and we have more than in our past conversations in this site regarding bible version issue. I challenge you and anyone here that I f you can prove to me that I started any single thread on the Bible Version issue as my OP. I only made reactions to those unproven accusation of the KJV. In actuality in the other thread, there's a similarity of the OP that which I posted, the difference is that I gave in a specific verse has the exact equivalent in the rendering of the KJV while the OP is in general sense, I guess.

Well that's just it. I am not new here. Just returned after an absence. I know who is who and what they are about.

Don't bother asking either.

Are you saying you had a conversation with the Apostle Paul?
Yes I did, I asked a question and he answered the question himself. The whole thing lasted about 12 seconds. Paul says: "It is written": "As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one" (Romans 3:10) So I decided to look that up. This is a quote from David in the Psalms where David says: "Everyone has turned away, all have become corrupt; there is no one who does good, not even one." (Psalm 53:3) I wanted to know why Paul changed the word "good" to "right" or righteous. Because good has to do with the law. You really receive more of a packet of information and you process that over time. So he took 3 seconds to explain what David was teaching, then he spent 3 second on his teaching about how we are to be right before God. Then he asked me why I was not living right before God. So that is the basic story, there is no reason going into details.

I should stop here but if people want to know more. I do not even know why I was there in an instant but it took him three seconds to get to where we were having our conversation. Then three seconds for him to get back. Then as I remember he thought about our conversation for three seconds and that was it. Because he wanted to know how our time and our generation was receiving his teaching. I can imagine how he felt back when he was talking to people that were living almost 2,000 years in the future. This sort of an experience could be common in Heaven, although not as common for us living here on the Earth. I think they call it a vision. ""'In the last days, God says, I will pour out my Spirit on all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your young men will see visions, your old men will dream dreams." (acts 2:17) To dream a dream is a lot better than to have a vision. We see this on YouTube, people that want to talk about dreams that they have had about various Bible events.

I'm sorry, but are you saying you had a conversation with Paul or are you saying you read what he wrote?

Yep, I didn't forget that. May God give you the discernment to hold fast that which is good.

I'm surprised at you. Clearly Lenna meant, not "original manuscripts" as in autographs, but "original-language manuscripts" of which there are thousands of examples and multiplied thousands of variations.

Perhaps you were ignorant of those facts. I doubt it though. I think you just jumped on the opportunity to pick nits.

I asked a question and Paul answered the question. I did not actually say anything to Paul even though he asked me a question, I did not answer his question. If you think this is my imagination that is fine with me. The library if filled with books on fiction and we learn in school the meaning they have for us and our lives. There are people like Kat Kerr on YouTube that have had a lot more of an experience with Heaven than I have.
