It sounds bad and I may not have all the info but normally when there is a firearm incident. The weapon is normally taken until investigation is over. Then when found not guilty it is returned. It is good to have multiple guns for this reason. Unfortunately for those who have 1 gun and not enough money to fund private security then they are basically putting them in further danger. We will know soon how legal this action was. They hopefully will fight this and should win.

Just a few mentions, the loss of cities and corporations revenue to lawsuits will help turn the tide of this leftist Chaos?
Apparently this couple has threatened people before -- for walking a cross an empty lot near their home. In the recent incident they were not threatened. Notice in the photo that the woman has her finger on the trigger!
The D.A. there promised to 'investigate' the couple and charge if she could find anything. I'm unable to find that video but there is this

When I watched the video again, not only does the woman have her finger on the trigger the entire time but at one point she even points her handgun at the back of her husband's head!!

I have a locked gate on my driveway with multiple warning signs.
If anyone breaks down the gate they are not peaceful demonstrators. They are thugs.
