Also important is recognizing who does not have ears to hears nor eyes to see - those who are resistant to the truth. Jesus said to leave them who refuse to listen, and to shake the dust off our feet :) The peace of God that surpasses understanding guards our hearts and our minds in Christ Jesus, and is precious, indeed!

Those of us who have been studying God's Words for many years, have discernment to what is truth and what is false. Perception has nothing to do with what is revealed in the Word of God and the only truth is in His Word and in His Works

Amen. The Lord tells us in His Word, the servant of God must not strive. We are to prayerfully read, discern the messages from scripture and we are never to lay a heavy burden on anyone else. We are not to judge another's soul but we are to seek truth out of what another says. False is to be rebuked.

They certainly seem furiously intent on expressing their opinion even while telling others not to express theirs.

It is also good/interesting to note how much Scripture they disagree with...

I have started working on my next panel... is there a particular verse you would like to see on one? :)

With regards to red X's and such ... it seems the reaction is not based on the content of the post..... but it seems that someone here lately gives that reaction based on who made the post, regardless of the content.

Man the Trolls are out and about. Me thinks they are trying to steer this thread to be closed for good. If that were to happen, where would they go then to spread their dislike.

Disagreeing is not the same as dislike....if I disagree then I will press the red x....that’s what it’s there for.

Here is my scripture on why Not By Works"

Ephesians 2:8-9 “For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast.

Galatians 2:21
I do not nullify the grace of God, for if righteousness comes through the Law, then Christ died needlessly.”

Romans 8:3
For what the Law could not do, weak as it was through the flesh, God did: sending His own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh and as an offering for sin, He condemned sin in the flesh,

Romans 9:16
So then it does not depend on the man who wills or the man who runs, but on God who has mercy.


Just a few scriptures about why it is Not By Works.

I don't think red Xs will get a thread closed ;)

I have witnessed people having a melt-down before. There is a predictable trajectory involved...

The sad thing is they rarely realize their own part in it :(

It's always somebody else's fault :geek:
