Explain the fruits of the Spirit..I have asked you and your mates this question many times.
Why do you avoid it and ignore that question?
Galatians 5

There they are...really easy to find in scripture...but pretty rare to find them all working together in practice. So what is the point that is being made here? Meekness is one that many fall short of frequently...It would appear just by reading many of these replies. So what does that mean? Is that person not a Christian because they fall short in these areas at times?

I'm trying to draw your thought on it out, in order to have a conversation with you about it. That's how conversations work give and take. So you want to talk about the fruits lets do it.
How about we take out the list and start checking each other off? I'll do me and you do you? I'm going to say I fall short of it sometimes....How about you? Let's be honest though, because remember I do have many of your posts to go by as well....just saying

Oncefallen I have been falsely accused of being a troll..here are my posts on how important it is to bear fruit.
For a believer who loves and wants to follow Jesus..to be more and more like him each day.
There is such joy in bearing the fruits of the Holy Spirit...immense joy.

For clarification, the fruits of the Spirit have been shown through scripture by several posters. Here is the scripture about "fruits of the spirit" which none of us can bring forth all the time. Why? Because we are still in our human bodies and our flesh will wrestle with our spirit until we die.
Scripture tells us the fruits of the Spirit are:
Galatians: 5 "But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. .

Who called you a troll? I don't see that anywhere. Glad to see your thoughts on it now, though. This is how to have a conversation. Not throwing out one little sentence and then when someone responds, tell them they are only throwing out snippets and act like they don't have anything to offer....That is just plain out, rude, and I'm sure that you can see that it isn't acceptable behavior.
I disagree...when one walks with the Spirit for many yrs.....they should bear fruit....they should be focused on being more like Jesus.
Each day we walk with the Lord...we should ask/pray to be more like Jesus and die to self more and more each day....
That should be one of the main focus....for a Born Again.
Let your light shine out from within my heart Lord..I want to be more and more like Jesus...Amen.
