Scroll back you will find it between EG and I.....I question choice that he said Adam and Eve had...there is nothing scriptural to support that they had a choice...only a command.
When God gave Adam and Eve that command, they were left with a choice to either obey or disobey that command.

Her point is they were given a command not given a choice, eat or do not eat, your choice...... a discussion going round in circles.

Show me where God said Adam you have a choice?
That is all I ask?
You don’t need to see the specific words spelled out “you have a choice” from God to understand they had a choice when given that command from God and they chose to disobey that command.

My point is did God explain to Adam that he had a choice.....did he tell him if he disobeyed there would be consequences?
And in doing so

Adam had a choice

obey and continue to live

Disobey and die

Which was my original argument in the first place.

Adam still has to chose

After all that..I still don’t understand...so will pray for an answer from the Lord.....again he does this to me.....for ages...if I walk in faith and really show him I need to understand what something means..he always shows me....but it doesn’t happen overnight.
I have to work for the answer from him.

Put your trust only in God..he will never let us down.x

I stated Adam and Eve had a choice that and Adam chose to sin

Your argument is they had No choice

You need to remember not everything is spelled out word for word in scripture

As a young child no I never knew what a choice was......neither did I know what consequences were.
I never knew what choice was until well into adulthood..because I was controlled by parents and thought it was normal....
Some think men have a lot of power (while being spiritually dead in sin and incapable) and with it have the ability to choose themselves out of and into the grace of God at will. Jesus says man is not able; John 6:44, John 6:65.

Romans 8 also says the same things in 8:5ff, speaking of man's inability. This passage was of course given by inspiration of the Holy Spirit well after people started misusing the verse in John 12:32 to say all men have ability.

Nope.

If man had the ability, then salvation is not 100% of God, it is part man, part God.

And frankly? That isn't biblical or true Gospel teaching because salvation is 100% of God.

John 1:13 shows we are not saved via our wills by any means whatsoever. So does Romans 9:16.

James 1:18; Ephesians 1:11; John 6:63 and other Scriptures show we are saved via God's will. The only way in which salvation has anything to do with choosing is in the fact God chose us. Note also 1 Corinthians 1:26-31. :)

I would agree that implicit within the command is the fact that a choice is given... if there was not choice He would not have given the command.

It was not a choice between two good outcomes so of course God would not say you have a choice.. He told them what would happen if they made the wrong choice.

It is “not” wrong...you are wrong by saying it is wrong,.
It is wrong
Adam chose to sin
if he had No choice he would never have been able to sin

The fact he chose proves he had a free will choice to obey or disobay
