That God does not love a lost man until after he has been saved. That is what I was addressing with that post!
The view others put forward is that when/where "all" or "the world" is said, it only applies to those who believe.
Therefore, for instance, John 3:16 does not mean the whole world, but only believers.

Yes. It is open the Holy Spirit convicts that person of sin righteousness and judgment. If that person has any hope god will send the word. Missionaries has witnessed this for years.
