And the believer can end up in such a high minded state of fearlessness as to not continue in his goodness and be cut off with the unbelievers (Romans 11:20-22).
Amos 9:10
[10] All the sinners of my people shall die by the sword, which say, The evil shall not overtake nor prevent us.
Continue in your OSAS dreamworld if you wish. But soon you will be woken up to reality when you face the Lord.
and you will be woken to the fact that you are not sinless, and you sin just like everyone else.
Kind of clever to extract certain verses from both Testaments to prove a point. In reverse order...
Here is more of what Amos wrote... "

After all, if you were cut out of an olive tree that is wild by nature, and contrary to nature were grafted into a cultivated olive tree, how much more readily will these, the natural branches, be grafted into their own olive tree!
I do not want you to be ignorant of this mystery, brothers and sisters, so that you may not be conceited: Israel has experienced a hardening in part until the full number of the Gentiles has come in, and in this way all Israel will be saved."
It's not acceptable to take verses out of context to try to prove exactly the opposite of what Scripture actually says.

Move on a be sure to use your OSAS cane to guide you in your blindness.
The scriptures are no longer a light unto your path when you ignore them with the guise of “context”.

How about you go back and read all of Romans 11 and then deal with the verses in context.... maybe while you are at it take note that Paul is speaking about the Jews and the Gentiles (groups of people) and the Good Olive tree which is Christianity.
I stand amazed and shocked how you devalue the work of Christ Jesus, by calling it a "dreamworld" and have no compunction about it.
God didn’t think He is incompetent because of anything any man chose to do.

Well you have a choice grace or law?
Under grace (secure salvation) sin will have no dominion over you, under the law you are fighting a losing battle.
I stand amazed at anyone who can believe such a doctrine of OSAS. That is what devalues; not only Jesus, but the whole of scripture!
Micah 6:12-13

When we walk in the Spirit the flesh is weakened but yes the flesh will be there until we die.
Do you have the in dwelling of the Holy Spirit?
Has he taken up residence in your heart?
Why did Jesus take all of mankind’s sin?
What was the purpose of him doing that?
Some of God’s choices of men, those He selected, did not turn out well. Still He didn’t blame Himself because those men made their free will choices against His will, which He did not prevent, and it turned out badly. Do you want examples? God doesn’t blame Himself for our choices.
