A pastor said once " A man can read the bible a thousand times , and still only scratch the service "...
I agree , because no matter what we read , there is always something deeper , like digging in the mountains to find gold , there is gem after gem...
...xox...
Amen....100% agree and I love it when the lightbulb goes on hahah

One thing that always amazes me about the word....EVERYTIME I study it or read it I find something that causes me to say....WOW....Men would have missed that one.....it constantly reinforces it's divine origin and influence!

Adam and Eve were pushovers for Satan as far as we can tell. On the other hand Jesus endured 40 days of temptation in the wilderness while fasting, being physically weakened to the extreme. Not only that Jesus was burdened by all of the pressure of the fact of Him being the Messiah, and the immensity of the task set before Him by the Father, and that He must not fail for the sake of the entire creation, as well as the sake of His glorious Name and his Father's glorious Name.

In my view there is an vast gulf of difference between Adam and Jesus as far as sin and temptation to sin goes.
Amen, you also believe that Jesus is impeccable?

Hate spell check. Lol

If you incapable of falling into a particular sin you can not be tempted of that sin
As I have said twice already, that Hebrews passage that people like to use is not trying to teach us that Jesus was tempted to sin. We added that Interpretation in

It is telling us that Jesus was tempted as all of us are. He could understand what temptation is.

But he was without sin, he had no sin nature in him. So he could not be tempted to sin

The scripture said Adam was deceived by Satan.

That is why he could be redeemed. Demons were not deceived so they cannot be
False and exactly why you are wrong on so many levels....you absolutey DENY biblical truth almost every time you post.

1st Timothy 2:14

And it was not Adam who was deceived, but the woman being deceived, fell into transgression.

And both times you were wrong!

Oh yah I forgot that you always agree with him
OH YAH .... It seems you do not have much I can agree with... so how about you explain from scripture how "not having a sinful nature"

removes temptation when Adam did not have a sinful nature before The Fall and succumbed to temptation?

Okay, I am fine if you want to split hair and said Eve was the one deceived. I agree with you there.

But if you believe that, does that mean you agree with cv5 that Adam deliberately chose to sin, because of Eve?

Seriously.....how can you say that your false quote being corrected by a direct biblical quote is splitting hairs...man, just surrender to the truth, be honest and be right!

It is that simple!!!

Okay, eve was the one deceived, I already agreed with you.

Do you then believe Adam deliberately chose to sin then?

You know this is insulting not because of my agreement or disagreement because I freely admit I see much truth in many of

@dcontroversal posts....... but you insult MY intelligence and my own individual spiritual knowledge and quite honestly I have very

good sense of humor but this is really belittling to me as an individual and the sincerity of my support.

I am not impressed that you use such an ad hominem attack.

It is not about what I believe...it is about what factually happened...

God Told BOTH OF THEM NOT TO EAT from that TREE.

Eve was deceived
Adam ate of his own free will

Are you seriously that obstinate to argue or say or imply Adam did not sin wilfully?
