Shouldn’t we then rebuke a number of Bible passages? What’s the difference between edifying and flattery? Is this known? Certainly flattery is more “edifying” than the truth for some. Some of it is pretty thick.

I agree but if we immediately come in attacking we have lost the person we are trying to teach
now after open discussion and it has proven they are here to push their view and not learn. Then all things are on the table!

I have heard her gospel. She believes what you and I do yet you keep attacking her most likely because she tried to come at Dorothy from a different perspective because she did not know here like we do

I made the same mistake and confused her as a false teacher

I say they don’t twist anybody’s words. You consistently say they do so support your allegations with direct proof.

I am sure most Catholics can tell you that Jesus took on the sins of the world at the cross and yes they feel sorry for their sins too.

I don't agree. The people of the Old Covenant are characterized as being stiffnecked and having stony stubborn hearts which is why the New Covenant was made. We were promised to be remade into different people with this covenant.

Ezekiel 36:26 A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh.
Hebrews 8:10 For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, saith the Lord; I will put my laws into their mind, and write them in their hearts: and I will be to them a God, and they shall be to me a people:
2 Corinthians 1:22 Who hath also sealed us, and given the earnest of the Spirit in our hearts.

Whether your angry or there is another reason I do not know. Although I do know most of this is occurring because she was nice to Dorothy may and even I went off on her at first until I sat to listen to her. Then I spoke to her out of public and understood what she was saying and warned her about Dorothy and she started to see. But people keeping going at her like she is the enemy!
what you are doing is wrong. I love you sis. I love you DC and the whole gang. But when you hang up on someone and make false accusations because of what I believe is failing to understand. Then something is wrong
 
A question.....we have a new heart....as a born again....God changes and softens our hearts....so what is wrong in saying we can be stubborn?

I know I can be stubborn....so what is wrong in saying a born again can be stubborn?

Failing to understand cheeky..haaaaaaa...I cottoned on about the gospel....all of a sudden the penny dropping...I also have concentration/learning difficulties.

I admit I have been on the defence...because I felt attacked.
I have also argued....which was wrong....so am going to hold my tongue as Dusky suggested.
I am her to learn.
So watch out I will be firing questions at a few of you......
Can I start afresh please...a clean slate....?

Just remember. I love these brothers and sisters and we have been through hell in this chat room. And sadly I may have just made them mad and lost their respect but remember
Yes we over react sometimes. But for the most part. If they (We) are warning you about someone (like Dorothy) they are doing it for a reason not attacking you

Come here to learn we all have much we can Learn
just be weary of false teachers. They come in acting all nice and say things which sound spiritual but they are wolves in sheep’s clothing
