Did you know our minds change when we're angry? That's why sometimes we say and do things we shouldn't while angry. When we're no longer angry our minds are normal again, meaning no longer operating in the angry round. The bible says be angry, but sin not. When God is angry his mind doesn't change.

I think God is disappointed, not angry...

Do you mean anger has a permanent effect on the brain?

ElevethHour: I'm not saying it's permanent, I am speaking from experience and from what God has taught me as A ordained Christian Minister working and living for God in obedience to him for many years. If someone hold on to anger it causes sickness and death. Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. I hope this has helped.

That is a blessing but it can be considered a curse in some circumstances. If someone makes God angry and he decides to punish it is very hard to get him to change his mind. Moses and the Torah were perfect examples of this. One example of Moses is his entering into the promise land, he begged God to forgive him, and God said no, and only let him see the promised land.
