All of them. But I do say I feel like Jesus when the man asked him "just who is my neighbor" or Peter who asked if forgiving his brother 7 times was enough. Sort of says, "what is the minimum I have to fulfill in "loving my neighbor" or to be "forgiving others" anyway?
You "feel like Jesus"? The eternal omniscient holy God?
I doubt it. I mean I really really doubt it.

I don’t see DorothyMae saying that....we come before the Lord and ask him to humble us in his strength...we can’t humble ourselves in our own strength.....again it must be sincere straight from ones heart.
Oh I failed to mention....DorothyMae is a firmly entrenched fully committed unrelenting preterist
who hasn't budged inch despite vast quantities of wonderful exegesis and superb Biblical teaching by some of the most scholarly members of this board.

One of the most serious and most outrageous of all damnable heresies IMO.

The sword of “truth”.....with which you stab people.
You ain't seen nothing yet. When Jesus returns as Righteous Conqueror at the second coming with His sword of truth and judgment, its gonna do a lot of more than stabbing, it's going to do slaughtering by the untold billions.

Just to let everyone on this thread know, DorothyMae denied that it was Jesus Himself who led the conquest of Canaan. This despite my posting Scriptures clearly proving that this is undoubtedly the case.

Dorothy, she is only sharing the TRUTH, and you are misreading her. You do have some false teaching, that I ignored.
She is quite nasty in her tone and laughter. Jesus never laughed at those who didn’t think as he did. Her character makes her theology very unattractive.

You do your theology credit.

VCO,

Why do you stand behind someone who believes as you whose posts are so abusive? She refuses to answers questions. She mocks and laughs at those who don’t agree with her. Why don’t you tell her to stop if you’re on the side of truth? Why do you back her up if truth is important? I get the feeling the team is more important, the OSAS team.

One thing I believe the Lord has taught me....is..........keep the personal jibes out of the conversation.....it’s childish and quite honestly says a lot about the poster....

I like to disagree and keep the finger pointing out of it!.....as it’s far from fruitful......IMO.

Totally disagree. I possess first hand information that indicates a DorothyMae is a heretic, and proclaims heretical views. I am therefore burdened with the responsibility to proclaim all of these facts to the board in order that they may understand and be thereby be warned.

This of course is exactly what Paul Peter Jude and John had to do was well. In fact Jesus had to do the same kind of work in His ministry and He did so without the slightest compunction. Also I should mention that Jesus did so publicly and often.

When you’ve posted on enough sites you start to notice trends. certain theological positions breed certain character qualities reflected in their responses to opposition. The pattern is remarkable. Told me important things about the theology. It also makes perfect sense.

I’m afraid the OSAS posts do not demonstrate this joy in obedience. The command to love your opponent is not apparent.

You forget, I tried to explain that to you, we believe Salvation happens at the moment of genuinely BELIEVING IN HIM When We Received It, or BEFORE TIME BEGAN WHEN IT WAS GIVEN, and Obedience happens AFTER you were Saved, and it ONLY SPAWNS from True LOVE. OBEDIENCE NEVER HAS ANYTHING TO DO WITH YOUR SALVATION. That is what the HOLY SPIRIT puts in our HEARTS to Believe. I don't care if you want to believe something different, but UNDERSTAND your Suspicions about our Beliefs, is purely a false doctrine.

You want to learn about our AGAPE LOVE and how it relates to our OBEDIENCE, ask a specific question about it.

When you tie it to SALVATION, that in our opinion is a FALSE DOCTRINE, as it is a FREE GIFT that was given to us BEFORE TIME BEGAN.

2 Timothy 1:9 (HCSB)
9 He has saved us and called us with a holy calling, not according to our works, but according to His own purpose and grace, which was given to us in Christ Jesus before time began.

We believe that VERSE quite LITERALLY.

Salvation is a TOTALLY FREE GIFT. It is NOT Faith plus ANYTHING, it is FAITH ALONE, and that FAITH is part of the FREE GIFT.

How long after salvation is true love spawned? Is that the reason why opponents are so badly treated? True love hasn’t spawned yet.

VCO, I’ve never tied obedience to salvation. Not once. I tied it to loving your sister in the Lord. That’s it. Just loving your neighbor as yourself, especially she who is of the household of faith.

Please stop falsely accusing me of tying obedience to salvation. It is tied to loving God though. Do you disagree?

If you believe that, then WHY are you here?
