Yes, I have saving faith and I know it now. Excuse me but I don't get the debate. Christ is Lord of our lives. I don't get this Lordship Salvation deal.
How do you know you have saving faith?

Accept correction from those who don't know they have saving faith and who have to wait till their last breath in order to know that?
Is this statement because LS proponents do not really know if they are saved because they rely on works to prove salvation?

My question is how many works prove salvation?

It’s also to the Jews. See 1 Corinthians 3 for rewards lost to the Christian.
You are trusting in the law for rewards. You are yet not under grace for rewards. That is, for rewards you trust in your works not Christ's!!

I don't trust in works. So you have to raise your question to LS supporters here.

"TEKEL means that you have been weighed on the scales and found deficient. PERES means that your kingdom has been divided and given over to the Medes and Persians.” (Daniel 5:27) I would think that if you are going to weigh the good and the evil - God is going to expect us to be more good than evil.
James 2:10 For whoever keeps the whole law and yet stumbles at just one point is guilty of breaking all of it. So you are considered to have no good deed at all.

Dan 5:27 isn't about proving saving faith.

I think we do need to make a distinction, LS does not trust in works for salvation, it trusts in the evidence of works.. that is the problem looking to self which is evident in that quote in your OP rather than looking to Jesus ... He is the reason we know we are saved not our works.

It is His promises, His words that assure us not my performance.

Our works bring testimony/witness to others.

Looking to self for assurance is a major problem... leads to doubt.

Yes , this does not have to do with salvation so much as our priesthood before God. There are those who will suffer loss: "If it is burned up, he will suffer loss. He himself will be saved, but only as if through the flames. Do you not know that you yourselves are God’s temple, and that God’s Spirit dwells in you?" (1cor3:15)
Where does it say this passage is about earning rewards by works?

So do you obey the commandment of Christ in Mathew 5:48 in order to be saved in the end?

As you are saved in the end and not now you won't be having the assurance and of joy of salvation.
Romans 5:1-2
[1] Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ: [2] By whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God.

This scripture says it all.

Wow this debate ramped up fast so many pages I had to go through.
Honestly salvation is not as com plicated as it is made out to be. We are saved by faith alone a true saved person sees their life without meaning they need a reason to be alive they lack in everything even if having everything and they are as a person kneeling before the throne
fruits and works grow and develop at different rates with each believer some excel in certain ones while lacking a bit ion others and vise versa.

There is no need to concern if you are doing enough works because the holy spirit naturally produces fruits and works it is like instinct you don't even think you just act. Fruits and works do not prove salvation salvation proves works and fruits

I’m laboring for the Lord for rewards according to Paul’s teaching to the body of Christ. I trust in Christ’s work on the cross for my salvation.
