Is marking of Mark of the Beast is literal or just figurative?

I do not think it would be a chip implants to happen for markings, as for sure many will refuse to it because they are aware that it is the markings of 666.
Really? If you take away all of the other methods of buying and selling (cash, checks, credit and debit, etc.) and that mark/device in the hand or forehead is the only one way left to be able to credit and debit your bank account, don't you think that will play a part in peoples decision as to whether or not to receive it?
When that mark becomes the only way to access one's bank account, no one will be able to pay their mortgages, rents, by gas, food, pay utilities, etc., etc.. In any case, scripture states those whose names that were not written in the book of life before the world began, will worship the beast and will be in awe of him. That great number of white robed saints mentioned in Rev.7:9-17, which the elder refers to as the great tribulation saints, will not receive his mark, but will keep their testimony for Jesus and the word of God and will not worship the beast, his image nor receive his mark. Of them it states that, "they will not love their lives so much as to shy away from death."
If you watched any of the videos that I posted, many people are already eagerly and happily receiving the RFID chip implant. They think that it is a great idea! They have no idea what its ultimate purpose is leading up to.

I wonder how many believe the "stories" in the bible really happened. I think some look at it like "magic" not real. I have no idea why some by pass the worshiping the beast or die. Some rfid chip or mark what ever some how becomes the MARK! So all that and so much more HAS to happen way before the MARK. No one on the planet will have the mark already. It goes against the word of God. Makes me wonder.. do we REALLY believe?

You do know the ONLY ones that worship the beast are the ones whos names are not written in the lambs book. You know this right? . So again no one has the mark by accident. They will have already seen the lying wonders and will have worshiped the beast. And will only take its mark AFTER knowing its name. They will know not wonder not guess but KNOW they are saying NO TO GOD and YES to Satan. Yet.. that won't be the name hes using. For many on this earth he is the MESSIAH. So they gladly follow. Thats why there is no mercy no grace no forgiveness for them that take the mark.

When John saw the vision of the mark, he could not say: 'and the false prophet caused everyone to receive a chip implant under the skin of their hand or forehead, which will allow them to electronically credit and debit their bank accounts.'
Our current technology matches two of the major criteria:

That's not true! The electronic crediting and debiting system which the mark will use, did not just pop up over night, but evolved with the emergence of the ATM's, followed by the UPC and POS systems. And now, the RFID chip insertion technology. This is all taking place in preparation of that anichrist/beast. This mark technology will continue to evolve right up until the beast is revealed. Then the mark will be set up and ready to go. It is not until the middle of the seven years that the mark becomes the only valid means of buying and selling.
This technology has been evolving for many years. And since we can now see people having a chip put under the skin of their hands, then the Lord is not too far of from gathering His church.
As the scripture says in Revelation 13:16 "And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:"

The all mentioned pertains to those who were deceived. (verse 14) They are the ones who will accept it.

It is a tattoo. A tattoo signifies one's subservience and identity. Looking around at the people today frankly I don't think it's that far-fetched to think their offspring will be easily convinced to put a tattoo on their forehand or forehead.

You are correct in that the scripture is saying that there will be people from all walks of life who will receive the mark. However, during that time neither the remnant of Israel nor the great tribulation saints will receive it.
"And I saw what looked like a sea of glass glowing with fire and, standing beside the sea, those who had been victorious over the beast and his image and over the number of his name."

Also, If you look up either "mark", "number" or "six hundred threescore and six" (I forget which) in a concordance, you find that it means "a mark in the flesh as if made by a pin or needle".
To be fair that could include either a tattoo (which only contains a few pieces of info) or an injection (which could be of a microchip, mRNA, etc. And could contain massive amounts of information AND be interactive)

This is not a rebuttal to anything, just a reminder. Seeing as how there will be many beheaded or giving up their lives due to their stance regarding the mark, people should seek God until they are truly prepared to endure until the end. (Rev 2 & 3)
Peter thought he was ready at one point and he wasn't. I'd like everyone to know God as well as is available.

Whatever that device ends up evolving into, what will remain consistent is that it will be in/on the right hand or forehead.
Just like the debit &credit cards, this mark/device will be the only way to electronically credit and debit one's bank account. Instead of getting your card out, a scan of the hand will all that will be needed to make purchases or to have money credited to your account.

Praise be to God that believers will not be here to have to worry about the mark. And that because the seals, trumpets and bowl judgments, as well as the plagues that the two witnesses bring. In the middle of the seven years, the mark will become the only valid means of electronic crediting and debiting, which takes place well into the time of God's wrath. The opening of the first seal rider on the white horse, which represents the revealing of the antichrist, is what initiates God's wrath. Since believers in Christ are not appointed to suffer God's coming wrath, then the Lord will gather His church prior to the first seal being opened.
Jesus already suffered the wrath of God which every believer deserves, satisfying it completely. Therefore, God's wrath no longer rests upon us and therefore must be removed prior to the start of God's wrath.
I don't think so either. It will be a conscience choice. There will be pressure & threats to comply or else. But it will be a choice.
Some people get very hung up on the buying and selling aspect of the mark.
So much so they forget the most significant defining feature of it.
The mark will be a conscience choice to WORSHIP the false god whose mark it is. Rev 13:12 & 13:15.
The right to participate in The Beast's economy will be secured by willing submission to it's religion by the public, physical act of bowing to the ground before it. My eschatological view looks like the Biblical narrative rather than the sci-fi novel some try to portray.

You are correct in that, it will be a choice. The choice will be to receive it in order to be able to continue to pay your mortgage/rent, buy food, pay utilities, gas, etc. For without the mark, no one will be able to perform any crediting or debiting to one's bank account. Think of it as that proverbial line being drawn in the sand. It will force people to make a choice to accept it or reject it. Those who accept it will be eternally condemned in the lake of fire. Those who reject the mark and who will not worship the beast and his image, will be saved but with many losing their lives because of it.
We don't get hung up on the buying and selling aspect of it. But buying and selling happens to be one of the very important details to this mark, stating that without it no one will be able to buy or sell. The way in which the false prophet will "cause all both great and small, rich and poor to receive a mark in their right hand or forehead" is because all of the other forms of buying and selling will become obsolete, leaving the mark as the only acceptable way of buying and selling. To be clear, without it no one will be able to electronically purchase anything. Those who love their lives more than God, will receive it to save their lives and by doing so will be worshiping the beast because it is said to be his mark.
Furthermore, as I have previously provided, we have many people being implanted with the RFID chip under the skin of the hand, which is another important detail. For the scripture states that this mark will go in/on the right hand or forehead. One of the purposes of the RFID chip is to make purchases (buying), which is being used by the thousands in Sweden and her sister countries. This technology will continue to evolve into something more applicable.
All aspects of this RFID chip technology fits all of the criteria for the mark. It will continue to evolve leading up to the revealing of the antichrist.
The Book of Revelation has a lot of symbolic language in it, so nobody knows exactly what the mark will be.
We do know that Christians will refuse to receive the mark and they will be beheaded for refusing it.
It sounds like God ordained this mark, in order to make it clear to everyone, who His people are and who the reprobate are. The Book of Revelations describes 2 marks, one is for the condemned and one is for His elect. The elect will be marked with the "Seal of God" and the reprobate will have the "Mark of the Best".
Satan has to ask God for permission to force people to receive His mark, so we know that God has a good purpose in allowing Satan to be the prince of this world.
God will open the door of hell and let the Devils torment all of those who have the mark of the beast, for 5 months. The Bible says that they will seek death, because of the extreme torture but they won't be able to die.
It's much better to allow the authorities to behead us, than to suffer extreme torture for 5 months and then eternal torture in the lake of fire.
Where it says in the book of Revelation for those who refuse the mark will be beheaded?
That actually explains why in early Acts, the Jews who believed were all selling all they have and put the money raised under the feet of the apostles to be put in the common pot.
According to the OT timetable, the Tribulation will start very soon, as Peter quoted Joel. They were following what Jesus commanded them to sell all they have and give alms Luke 12:33
, and to provide for themselves purses that do not wear out.
Hi, it's Revelation Chapter 20 and verse 4
There it describes God's people who were beheaded for not worshiping the Beast or His image.
I quote this verse..."I saw thrones on which were seated those who had been given authority to judge. And I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded because of their testimony about Jesus and because of the word of God. They had not worshiped the beast or its image and had not received its mark on their foreheads or their hands. They came to life and reigned with Christ a thousand years."
Can you show you to me that during the 2nd beast and the image of the beast reign there will be a Christian persecution or war of the Saints? Because what I only read only the time reign of the 1st beast with the Harlot engaged war of the Saints.
