My point was that the terms Kingdom of Heaven and Kingdom of God are the same. Christ is King of the Universe if he decides to sit on a throne in Jerusalem fine he can sit wherever he chooses but dont try to make a doctrine out of the fact that there are two different ways of writing about the Kingdom

Let me try to rephrase in an effort to help deliver this truthful concept.

1) No person can look at Bible Prophesy and predict a future event! .
2) Believers are able to correctly interpret, understand, and appreciate a bible prophesy BUT ONLY AFTER it has been fulfilled.

Many will push back against this truthful concept because of what it means for the Futurist View:
It means the details of the Futurist View are nothing but surmises and speculations.

And agree with the Pharisees that it is yet future and physical.

Robert Whitelaw says: When we analyze all these cases [of fulfilled prophecies], we find that the fulfillments may be classified into five categories as follows:

(a) Natural events, fulfilled as described by the writer; thirteen cases.

(b) Natural events, but not fulfilled exactly as described or foreseen; eleven cases.

(c) Fulfilled by events both natural and spiritual, but never exactly as described or likely foreseen: sixteen cases.

(d) Fulfilled by events in the spiritual realm only, but not as described or likely foreseen: forty-three cases.

ou are so right David L....still trying to figure out who the scriptures are talking about. I mean who else was born in Bethlehem, of a virgin, and out of Egypt, in a certain blood line that can be followed all the way back to Adam and Eve.
Who spoke to calm the seas and wind, who chastened those in the temple saying my house is a house of prayer.
Who healed the sick, raised the dead, and was the one spoken of in the 22nd pslam.
Who was rejected by his own people.

Elijah will indeed return as prophesied. I believe that he will be one of the two witnesses in the end-time events. Regarding GEICO, 15 minutes can save you 15% or more on car insurance. Your estimation is right on target.

Yes, this seems to be true for all US based car insurers. The thing is, my driving has not been reduced in the least, if anything, I am driving more. I also have been enjoying less traffic due to the isolations but the last few days have notice an uptick in traffic in the Tampa / St. Petersburg / Clearwater metro area.

Congestion is bad here but not as bad as when I was living in Orlando, with all of that Walt Disney World / Universal Studios / Sea World traffic each day. Went back a few months ago, the whole place is total gridlock. Hopefully, I will be relocating from Florida sometime at the end of the year or beginning of the new year. Been in Florida since 1985 and since then the population has almost doubled.

As far as the physical kingdom goes I do think it is a future event but as for a physical or spiritual one this is one of those times when prophecy needs to be taken with caution
We can decipher prophecy to a point but in the end regardless of our interpretation there are some prophecy that cannot be deciphered with our own views
But what if it isn’t a physical or spiritual one? We are thinking in terms of flesh vs spirit but Jesus himself was both he was physical and spiritual so it wouldn’t be that much of an impossibility for the kingdom he brings to be both as well

I have attended and do attend Baptist, Calvary Chapels, Non Denominational Churches.

I believe prophecy indeed shares what will happen in the future, but it's given in a way that purposely avoids explaining exactly "how" it will specifically happen to filter out the uninitiated...if that makes any sense. Two passages come to mind.


Amos 3:7
Surely the Lord GOD does nothing without revealing His plan to His servants the prophets.


Proverbs 25:2
It is the glory of God to conceal a thing: but the honour of kings is to search out a matter.


It reminds me of the explanation the Messiah gave for always speaking in parables to the crowds. He said it wasn't for the crowds but it was given to His closest followers. So I think prophecy works similarly.

Each prophecy came from a prophet; a person who spoke/wrote for the Almighty. This tells me there are elected people who are given specific knowledge of the future. Even Daniel was given the knowledge to explain what Nebuchadnezzar's dream specifically meant with regard to the future kingdoms that were to appear on the earth AFTER Babylon.

No, he wasn't given understanding in every vision, but in a few prophecies, he was given a specific explanation...but only because he was highly favored.
