It is difficult to go through an entire thread when receive upwards of 40 alerts when we reply to a specific alert. Thank you for the guide out.
 
PS, what I posted in reply to the previous is based on the news I have followed and assessed for myself. I do not believe it to be a conspiracy, rather what is happening right now.

If you are the one who goes nuts in the fall making apple pies for the year and freezing them, this would be awesome.
 
Don’t buy packages of socks where each pair is a different pattern and colour. When you find some you like just buy a few packs. Then you don’t end up with a drawer full of mismatched socks. I have six people in my family. Each year I throw out a garbage bag FULL of socks because my wife does the sock shopping.

I would also mention I am one of those who bought a LOT of only one kind of socks. It is wonderful! You poor people who have to match a lot of different socks with their mates, you have no idea what bliss you're missing. I just reach in and grab two socks. I don't even bother folding them - I just throw them in a drawer loose.

could you be more specific Lan in your 'point'???
WE didn't get RID of anything - one day when we came here to log-in, we were unable to under our 'old'
username and just changed it to oldthennew, just adding one letter instead - the majority here knew this,
as I explained it under the modified 'name'...

you might want to ask a person first before assuming - this can be a hard habit to change, for we learn it
from childhood and the various 'media forums', but it is possible, for we both have done so...

I believe she is talking about the 'www' in a URL like:

http://www.somesite.xyz

It had a specific intent from the start that just never really took hold. I will elaborate if you wish.

I don't know what 'www' or URL is...
we're older, we're country, we don't own a cell phone or bube-tube - but Jesus is our HERO all the way HOME!!!...
just sayin'...

'URL' stands for "Uniform Resource Locator"

'www' stands for "World Wide Web"

There is plenty on the internet about both of them.

Have you ever taken a look at the Bible Search utility on my website?

(You may find it to be quite good; albeit, not necessarily "real fancy" in appearance.)
 
Gary, no, we haven't.
we don't do much 'web-searching', as I stated, the Bible is our main Source,
although we do use certain learning aids such as on-line concordances and language helps...
not saying that people can't learn from others, which of course we have, but we both are just
in a different Spiritual phase of our lives at this time...and we thank Yeshua, for teaching us how
to move on-ward and for-ward up His ladder of Faith...
 
Not trying to "twist your arm" - just letting you know it is there in case you wanted to check/try it out...

It will not teach you much of anything, but it will give you exactly what you tell it you want in terms of words and phrases in the Bible.
 
Even though I wrote the program to handle multiple bible versions, right now it only uses the KJV - largely because the KJV is the only one in "public domain" - having no copyright issues to have to deal with.

If you have ever had to cross-reference multiple look-ups in a concordance (physical book) just to find out what verses contained all of those words --- then, you know exactly what I mean.

This search utility simplifies - and quickens - this process tremendously!

It is freely available for anyone to try out and use if they wish.
