Trinity is not in the bible either. But we use it and essence to communicate truth in a way people can understand.

I understand that, Brother.

But when those who disagree with our viewpoint and use Scripture to prove their point, we need to be able to use Scripture to prove the word "trinity," and "same essence."

And, we can do that!

EXPRESS IMAGE = SAME ESSENCE:
Hebrews 1:3

3 Who, being the Effulgence of His glory and Express Image of His assumption, besides carrying on all by His powerful declaration, making a cleansing of sins, is seated at the right hand of the Majesty in the heights;"

The Trinity could be explained as the Godhead.
Unfortunately though, Godhead is neither found in the Hebrew/Aramaic/Greek, but DIVINITY is found.

This is why I claim, the Holy Spirit inspired what we are to use. If it is not found in the Hebrew/Aramaic/Greek, then God did not want it to be used.

Actually, the word trinity is in the bible if you have noticed.

Godhead from Acts:
Acts 17:29
Forasmuch then as we are the offspring of God, we ought not to think that the Godhead is like unto gold, or silver, or stone, graven by art and man's device.
^
English turns the Aramaic/Greek word DIVINE into GODHEAD :(

Aramaic:

29 Therefore, men, whose lineage is from Alaha {God}, we shouldn't be guilty for hoping that gold, or silver, or stone which is carved by the skill and by the knowledge of a son of man, that it is comparable unto The Alahutha {The Divinity}.
^
Divinity

29 The race, then, is inherently of God; we ought not to be inferring that the Divine is like gold, or silver, or stone, a sculpture of art and human sentiment."

Yes, it describes Witchcraft and the worship of Baal :(
It does not. It is in the bible pertaining to God. Also, come to think of it, "essence" is too if you are hip to it.

Colossians 2:9
For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily.

Aramaic:

9 which in Him, dwells all The Fullness of Alaha’s {God's} Divine Nature; bodily.

9 for in Him the entire complement of the Deity is dwelling bodily.

Godhead is explained in the more older Bible versions as Divine and Deity (entire compliment).
So even the term Godhead is a misuse.

Anything is in the Bible if we create what is said to be what we want.
That is my point.
We should not have to do that.
We should be able to use what the Holy Spirit revealed and make our viewpoint from that, not from making it up because we assume it means the same.

Whose Gospel do you follow?

The one inspired by the Holy Spirit, or the one you create your own words from the inspired text?

I don't think we share the same gospel or the same Christ. If you trust in free will, that's your savior with a gospel that matches.

I believe the Bible WORD for WORD! It's why I emphasize on using it WORD for WORD!

FREE WILL is using terms not found in the Bible, but using them because to YOU they mean the same.

If YOU choose to use terms not in the Bible, but choose to accept or make up your own terms, that is choosing FREE WILL as your God and Gospel.

So yeah, we believe differently, because you choose by YOUR OWN FREE WILL to make up words the Holy Spirit DID NOT INSPIRE!

Must you "choose to believe" to be saved?

Sure. That's why God didn't just make a big batch of robots.
This means you really don't believe. If you did, you wouldn't need to choose to believe. True belief is a fruit of the Holy Spirit you must have before you can manifest true faith.

Some people are really easily offended or hurt, but think little of offending and hurting others.

What? Do you got anything to substantiate this claim. Every church in history believed in the trinity.

Sometimes we see people quarreling and think that's their norm for everyone they interact with. Actually, some people have a long history of offenses against each other and have lost their patience toward one another. That's the side of the quarrel that often goes unseen.

I'm not saying that makes it ok, but quarrels are often deeply rooted in underlying causes and effects. Aside from having a behavioral, emotional, or psychological illness most people aren't going to arbitrarily be quarrelsome and cantankerous.
