You are teaching contrary to sound doctrine.
Jesus tells us that straight is the gate and narrow is the way that leadeth unto life and few be there that find it.
The way is through obedience unto God, not going astray sinning, but keeping His commandments and enduring unto the end.
Few find it because people get off on other roads (doing their own will) as you put it and don't endure unto the end in strict obedience unto God and the commandments and precepts He has told us we must keep to be counted worthy.
If you go sinning willfully (going astray/rebelling against God's will) after being forgiven and coming to the knowledge of the truth, there is a few verses aimed at you.

Hebrews 10:26-31 KJB
"26 For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins,

27 But a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries.

28 He that despised Moses' law died without mercy under two or three witnesses:

29 Of how much sorer punishment, suppose ye, shall he be thought worthy, who hath trodden under foot the Son of God, and hath counted the blood of the covenant, wherewith he was sanctified, an unholy thing, and hath done despite unto the Spirit of grace?

30 For we know him that hath said, Vengeance belongeth unto me, I will recompense, saith the Lord. And again, The Lord shall judge his people.

31 It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God."
Actually he isn't, yes straight and narrow is the way but we astumble and stary. The way is his way and we even as believers have a tendency to fall down stray and even sometimes go our own route. This is what he was saying

Jesus says in Matthew 7:16-20 these words, "16 Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles?

17 Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit.

18 A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit.

19 Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire.

20 Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them."

Ephesians 5:9 tells us the three areas where the fruit is; (For the fruit of the Spirit (Gal. 5:22-23) is in all goodness and Righteousness and Truth;)

Therefore we only judge by their fruits in these areas.

Let me repeat as I have stated in post #11: According to Ephesians 5:9, the "Fruits of the Spirit" are located in three areas; goodness, Righteousness, and Truth.

1 Corinthians 2:14-15 says, "14 But the natural man does not receive the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him; nor can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned. 15 But he who is spiritual judges all things, yet he himself is rightly judged by no one.

God's standards of Righteousness and Truth

Romans 4:5 teaches us that God only awards Righteousness only on the basis of Faith in Christ and His Finished Work. Our Faith must be placed exclusively in Jesus, the Son of God, and Jesus, the Lamb of God to be awarded Righteousness. If we preach Jesus alone and ignore the Cross (the Lamb of God), that is another Jesus (2 Corinthians 11:4). This is sin, a insult to God!

Every Word that God has ever spoken is “In Righteousness” (Proverbs 8:8), and therefore must be heard and received (Revelation 3:3) through Faith in the Cross of Jesus Christ, or we remain trapped in the Letter of the Law and forfeit the opportunity to walk in the newness of the Spirit. If this is not understood, there will only be a make believe spiritual walk and one might even have a name that they are alive, but Christ says they will be dead (Revelation 3:1). The Letter of the Law can only produce carnal Christians, and to be carnally minded is death (Romans 8:6). We must look to the Cross and live!

Proverbs 22:17 says, "Bow down thine ear, and hear the words of the wise, and apply thine heart unto my knowledge."

Bowing down one’s ear is to humble oneself and to hear the words of wisdom is to hear God’s Word as Truth (Proverbs 8:7), and “In Righteousness” (Proverbs 8:8), which results in a doing of the Word (James 1:22).

Those who don't build the Temple through Grace by Faith (Christ and Him Crucified) clearly shows they haven't totally surrendered their life over to Christ. Why? Because everything you do and everything you have will be that hinderance to you (Galatians 5:7 NKJV). They will not understand the Word of God or have the experience of God.

To have faith in anything other than Christ’s Work at the Cross for any provision from the Lord is to sow iniquity and to reap nothing but that which is vain (Proverbs 22:8).

Proverbs 8:7-8 says, that every Word that God has ever spoken is in "Truth and in Righteousness." According to the gospel that Paul preached, "Righteousness and through His Righteousness we have obtained like precious faith (2 Peter 1:1). This is the same faith that comes by hearing God’s Word (Romans 10:17). Righteousness is only awarded by God if our Faith is placed and maintained exclusively in Christ Jesus and the Finished Work of the Lamb of God at Calvary Cross (Rom. 4:5). Therefore, no man or woman can see, hear, or understand if "Righteousness is not awarded and will be operating from a make believe and pretend salvation that Jesus says that they may have a name, but they are dead (Rev. 3:1). Everything they have and everything in their life will become a hinderance to them because of the "Law of sin and death." Confusion - conflict and death.

And you used scripture to beat someone over the head, that’s rotten fruit.
I am teaching sound doctrine. People are trying to teach contrary to the doctrine of righteousness, teaching we can live how we want, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and mind and still be saved.

1 Timothy 6:3-5 KJB
"3 If any man teach otherwise, and consent not to wholesome words, even the words of our Lord Jesus Christ, and to the doctrine which is according to godliness;
4 He is proud, knowing nothing, but doting about questions and strifes of words, whereof cometh envy, strife, railings, evil surmisings,
5 Perverse disputings of men of corrupt minds, and destitute of the truth, supposing that gain is godliness: from such withdraw thyself."

Romans 8:5-7 KJB
"5 For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit.
6 For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.
7 Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be."

You are basically interpreting all of Paul's gospel of grace, from what Jesus was saying during the 4 gospels to Israel.

Your critics are doing it in reverse, interpreting all of what Jesus was saying, from Paul's gospel of grace.

There will be no end to debates like these since both sides are ping ponging from different perspectives.

John 15:2 KJB
"Every branch in me that beareth not fruit he taketh away: and every branch that
beareth fruit, he purgeth it, that it may bring forth more fruit."

Luke 8:14 KJB
"And that which fell among thorns are they, which, when they have heard, go forth,
and are choked with cares and riches and pleasures of this life, and bring no fruit to perfection."

Matthew 7:17 KJB
"Even so every good tree brings forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree brings forth evil fruit."

Bearing good fruit means continual growth in faith, purity and good works wrought by God in you
through obedience unto His commandment's and precept's taught in the Holy Bible.

Good fruit is goodness.

That same goodness is the salt spoken of in Matthew chapter 5 verse 13.
"Ye are the salt of the earth: but if the salt have lost his savour, wherewith shall it be
salted? it is thenceforth good for nothing, but to be cast out, and to be trodden under foot of men."

When we are new to the faith we are very much still in the world, through the purification
of the Holy Spirit and guidance of scripture we must be "weaned" so to speak from the things of
the world. We must set our minds on doing God's will and not our own.

1 John 2:15-17
"15 Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world,
the love of the Father is not in him.
16 For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the
pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.
17 And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth for ever."

Some examples/suggestions of bearing good fruit:
alms giving, growing in understanding of scripture, growing in faith/confidence in God
because you are growing closer to Him by doing His will more and more,
doing things less to please yourself and more to please others, reading the word of God more,
purifying yourself by strict obedience unto God, preaching the gospel and truth of this world,
exhorting your brothers and sisters (in lowliness and not confrontational or contentious) to further
good works and understanding of the word and will of God, giving to those who ask

We should all be trying to please God in all that we do, every day.

So I ask you all, are you living for God and His will, bearing good fruit for Him, or are you living for the yourself?

Matthew 7:13-14 KJB
"13 Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to
destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: 14 Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few
there be that find it."

Matthew 25:30 KJB

"And cast ye the unprofitable servant into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth."
I relate very well to Jesus overturning tables in the temple and I act accordingly. Is that good fruit or not?

The bottom line is this:

2 Thessalonians 2:12 KJB
"That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness. "

They that continue on willfully in sin after God revealing to them the truth, will perish.

I didn't have anyone in mind specifically except anyone that fights against the doctrine of teaching righteous and holy living. There are many that preach it's okay to live in sin, doing your own will, fulfilling your desires of the flesh and carnal mind and still be saved.
When there is verse after verse after verse that teaches contrary to that.

Those who view it from Paul's gospel would say that sin is a noun, based on Romans 5:12-19. So its not your own works that cause you to have sin, it was Adam's disobedience.

When lust has conceived, it brings forth sin (James 1:15).

Do not let sin therefore reign in your mortal body, that you should obey it in the lusts thereof (Romans 6:12).

Walk in the Spirit, and you shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh (Galatians 5:16).

Here's the progression: LUST > SIN > DEATH

Eliminate LUST by not obeying/walking in it and there will be no SIN (like eliminating OXYGEN or FUEL from a FIRE puts it out).

Class dismissed.
You are adopting the same perspective as BC, you are interpreting Paul's epistles differently. To Paul, sin is a noun. Only very rarely, he used sin as a verb.

That may work for you, but not for others, who view sin as Paul did, as a noun. Think of the most carnal church in Paul's epistles, the church in Corinth.

Did Paul ask them to follow your prescription: Walk right, and then there will be no sin?

Well it appeared as you did in post 20, here’s a take from it below, why do you think the poster is willfully sinning maybe I misunderstood what you said to him, not sure why you posted these verses aiming it at the poster

You are quoting out of context. The entire context there is to tell all of us what is the gospel that saves us now. Not our own deeds, but believing in Christ's death burial and resurrection. Sin there is again a noun.
