This happened a few counties over. We saw the video. It was ridiculous. They should be charged.
It's going to Grand jury so I'm sure they will eventually be prosecuted
However I think the judge who originally through out the charges should go to jail too

Just frustrating that is all. I am not American but I see a country torn apart every which way, sad and this does not help.

Just saw our GBI like FBI but state level just arrested those 2 guys.
This won't get much attention for multiple reasons. But this is really sad and it shows injustice, ignorance and hate still exist.
The DA's office is under investigation because the department of Justice wants to know why they told the police not to arrest these two men

It does not matter the circumstance, and even if the man did break in to a house the men had no business confronting him with guns, for call the police, also they did not have proof he did break in to a house, but suspected he did.
And another thing that does not make sense is if someone does shoot someone can't they shoot them in the leg for that would stop the person, but a person should not shoot anybody.
They did not like that he was in that neighborhood, and had to be nosy like he was up to no good without facts.

America has much money, and material things, fleshy pleasures, worldliness, and entertainment, and the people are pursuing those things.
And has caused much exaltation of people who think they are something special as they are elevated in society, with high paying jobs, pro sports, movie and television actors, can buy much property and land, and exaltation in many fields, so they have developed a high sense of selfishness, and exalt themselves, and want to take and take, which they do not like each other that much because of that atmosphere.
But that is the attitude the American government wants, and they loved the counter culture movement.
And Trump represents all the rebellious type people that are outspoken, do not take crap, cutting people down, against corruption in government, and media, which he represents the common person in America.
But I also do not like Democrats, and many people do not understand that Republican and Democrat are working together for it is the Hegel System, along with America and Russia working together.
And they will cooperate to bring the people, and the world together.

it shows Arbery rushing the armed man, violently attacking him beating his face, and trying to take his weapon?
The clip "Clearly Shows" Arbery was killed in "Self Defense"

Yes this is correct. This is why the judge ruled the way he did as the video was the primary evidence of the case originally.
The clip clearly shows the gun was fired twice before Arbery made contact with his assailant.
I strongly disagree, my eyes clearly see shots fired "After" Arbery started his violent attack.
I was questioning why it took so long to shoot Arbery, in stopping the attack.
The clip is terrible, and played poorly, but watching it again it played out better. Still, the first shot was fired while both men were hidden behind the front of the truck. It is only when they come in view you can see Arbery is wrestling for the gun which has already been fired, and is fired twice again, again, out of view.
Arbery ran quickly towards the armed man and began his attack, the clip clearly and precisely documents the violent actions of Arbery.
