Moses was told to speak to the Rock, instead he struck the Rock.
In another incident Yahweh was going to kill Moses for disobidience in circumcision...

Was he saved?

Matt 17:1 And after six days Jesus taketh Peter, James, and John his brother, and bringeth them up into an high mountain apart,
Matt 17:2 And was transfigured before them: and his face did shine as the sun, and his raiment was white as the light.
Matt 17:3 And, behold, there appeared unto them Moses and Elias talking with him.

Agreed! King David did some stuff....

God Bless!!

I thought Moses was not allowed to enter because

Numbers 20:12-13
12 But the Lord said to Moses and Aaron, “Because you did not trust me enough to demonstrate my holiness to the people of Israel, you will not lead them into the land I am giving them!”

13 This place was known as the waters of Meribah (which means “arguing”) because there the people of Israel argued with the Lord, and there he demonstrated his holiness among them.

Verse 12.
Yes, now read this:

"21The Lord was angry with me because of you, and he solemnly swore that I would not cross the Jordan and enter the good land the Lord your God is giving you as your inheritance. 22I will die in this land; I will not cross the Jordan; but you are about to cross over and take possession of that good land." - Deuteronomy 4:21-22

Moses didn't enter the promised land because of disobedience yet he was still saved
Exactly.
And that fact is not any kind of rebuttal to the non-osas argument, for that is not the non-osas argument.
Non-osas does not say sinning in and of itself causes one to not be saved anymore.
If that were true there would be no such thing as 'being saved'.
The argument is unbelief causes one to not be saved anymore.
But obviously, unbelief will invariable be displayed in a life of willful sin.
And I think that's where the confusion comes in for you people.

Let me repeat..............

Our deeds never determined our destiny and to preach "grace" ........ is not to sanction sin ..........but to settle one's trust in the Saviour.
Wow...... this received a red x .... baffling and scary to come against the Gospel like that.

ok read those verses.

But why would God be angry with him because of the sin people Moses was leading to the promised land?

If we look through the OT/NT we see the greats of faith stumble and stumble yet get back up, call out to God.
Yep, and we can take great comfort out of their example.
But one thing they did not do was stop believing in the promise, though they had opportunity to and go back to where they came from:

25 He (Moses) chose to be mistreated along with the people of God rather than to enjoy the fleeting pleasures of sin. 26He regarded disgrace for the sake of Christ as of greater value than the treasures of Egypt, because he was looking ahead to his reward. 27By faith he left Egypt, not fearing the king’s anger; he persevered because he saw him who is invisible.

admitting that they were foreigners and strangers on earth. 14People who say such things show that they are looking for a country of their own. 15If they had been thinking of the country they had left, they would have had opportunity to return. 16 Instead, they were longing for a better country—a heavenly one.

From a purely fleshly point of view, I'd have to think about it.
From a spiritual point of view we are getting a glimpse of how Jesus would suffer the wrath of God 'because of us'.

Rom 6:15 What then? shall we sin, because we are not under the law, but under grace? God forbid.
But do you believe a doctrine that says you can sin if you want in unbelief--not that you should, but that you can if you want and you will still be saved?

The type in Isaiah is not being "cutoff", the type/antitype is sacrificial offering.
"For he (Christ) was cut off from the land of the living; for the transgression of my people he was punished." - Isaiah 53:8

By law, a person was to be cutoff as punishment for various sins.
Instead of us being cutoff for our sin, Jesus was cutoff for our sin instead.
We see a shadow of that in how Moses was cutoff while the people of God entered in.

Us "people" aren't confused, you are.

(Num 20:12 And the LORD spake unto Moses and Aaron, Because ye believed me not, to sanctify me in the eyes of the children of Israel, therefore ye shall not bring this congregation into the land which I have given them.)

It was slanderous of Paul because he did not teach that you could go back to unbelief and you remain saved.
But you do.
The accusation is true in your case, so it's not slanderous.
You're about as bright as a dark room.....and NO Paul did not teach the drivel you peddle.......

Taking one line out of the full context of the cross is just typical of your argumentative misunderstanding of the type, being cutoff is not a type.

All you do is grasp and any straw that you think will keep your head above water.

How are any of these things equal to actually viewing Netflix (Hulu, etc.) porn, genitals and all?
Looks like you're trying to excuse watching porn.
Are you?
Try exposing your utterly sickening hypocrisy and idiotic false dogma

This is how you try to twist the discussion, regardless of types you rejected what I posted about Moses not entering the promised land because of disobedience, yet is still saved.

You are totally dishonest.
One of the most dishonest I have seen on this site.....

Yes.
We are the ones who deserve to not enter in because of our sin, yet it is Jesus who gets cut off.
Go figure.
But that's God's grace for you!
@CherieR do not buy this drivel.....Moses represents the LAW...JOSHUA THE SAVIOR...his analogy is not only false but as skewed as all the other drivel he peddles! The LAW will never deliver and exactly why MOSES paid the price for one sin and was not allowed to enter the PHYSICAL LAND OF REST....THE law points to the SAVIOR <--Joshua and HE IS THE ONE THAT DELIVERS INTO THE LAND OF PROMISE AND REST!

This is your belief about @EleventhHour and I believe that your assessment is incorrect.

In Romans 14:4 ( NKJV ) it states: "Who are you to judge another’s servant? To his own master he stands or falls. Indeed, he will be made to stand, for God is able to make him stand."
His assessment about most things are incorrect!

Moses, David, and Paul did not commit those sins again after repentance of those sins. If fact, Moses’ act doesn’t seem to be condemned explicitly, nor Paul’s. Seems to me because these acts were committed before an encounter with God (Moses - before the burning bush experience; Paul - before the Damascus experience).

The OSAS’ers would be correct in using these men if they continued in their sinning after being dealt with by God.

(Mockers - Don’t bother responding; At this point I’m not posting for your sake, just for the sake of the honest reader).
Try looking the words honest, integrity and context up....then embrace them and get right with God and scripture!! What you say only carries weight with the other Jesus deniers like Judges.....!

I have a question for you that I'm not sure what is the case...

When Moses received the law with the 10 commandments on there, was Joshua also with him at that point or was it just Moses alone?
