The premeditated killing of an innocent person = murder.
And yet again my point remains, the Bible lied. It says He willingly died, murder isn't willingly. And God is a murderer.

Things may see muddled now but stay tuned. We won't see things clearly until we are redeemed, made holy, glorified. What we have now is an earnest of the Spirit (second birth) and justification and varying degrees of sanctification, all the while in the midst of the battle against the powers and principalities of evil. Total good comes when the totality of God's kingdom arrives in its fullness. Right now there is a plurality of kingdoms, a plurality of wills.Everyone may have a different answer for this and that is fine. In the Bible we read about the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. This and the tree of life. I wonder: is good and evil balanced? Is there as much good as there is evil in this world? In the law of thermodynamics we have equilibrium (a state in which opposing forces or influences are balanced). I talk about river rocks and how the water forms them in a way that they are very easy to balance. So we know there is a lot of balance in the universe, cosmos or world we live in. We ask why there is so much suffering. I know people that love to play the victim card. Yet if there is just as much pleasure as there is pain. If here is just as much good as there is evil - then everything in life and in the universe balances itself out and cancels itself out. In quantum physics everything would cancel itself out. So there has to be a million and one positive particles and a million negative in order for us to exist. It there was more negative then positive then I would think this would cancel everything out so that nothing could exist. Although you cannot have nothing without something to compare it to.
Then of course we do hear that God is abundantly above and beyond all that we could ever ask or think. If there were as much good somewhere as there is evil, pain, misery and suffering in this world, I would think that would be substantial. We also hear that we need to die to self so we can live for God. I am not sure how that plays into all of this.

If a soldier dies for another in battle, does he or she commit suicide?
I don't think so. The Holy Spirit of God is also the Holy Spirit of Jesus! We may not understand the Trinity fully.....yet. But it is clearly Scriptural.According to the theology they invented, even Jesus is a heretic, because He said first the Father is above Him and gives Him the authority. Also the Father sends the Spirit so above Him too.
Does the Bible say Jesus committed suicide?
If he died for the sins of the elect, it would be suicide in the same sense a cop takes a bullet in place of a victim. Is that suicide?Does the Bible say Jesus committed suicide?
Jesus willingly died at the hands of murderers.
In the garden, Jesus said, not my will but thine.Im not talking about humans, Im talking about His Father.
The reason the Father loves Me is that I lay down My life in order to take it up again. 18No one takes it from Me, but I lay it down of My own accord. I have authority to lay it down and authority to take it up again. This charge I have received from My Father.”

I have read what the Bible says and prayed and meditated while fasting for wisdom and clarity. I have desired only for His instruction and counsel. He has rewarded my diligence by opening my eyes and transforming my mind. My thoughts are not original. They are guided to what was originally given before man added confusion to them.So you have only original thoughts?
Where does it say Jesus is still buried?
I was referring to the Creed he adopted. Even Christ does not subscribe to its authenticity.I don't think so. The Holy Spirit of God is also the Holy Spirit of Jesus! We may not understand the Trinity fully.....yet. But it is clearly Scriptural.

According to Peter (and God), wicked men killed Jesus. If God did not kill Jesus in the place of sinners, none would be saved.
God did not murder Jesus, nor did Jesus commit suicide. Fallen sinful men murdered Jesus. Jesus simply did not defend himself and allowed it to happen. If he died for the sins of the elect, it would be suicide in the same sense a cop takes a bullet in place of a victim. Is that suicide?
Frankly much of what you say is blasphemous. You insinuate God is a murderer and you denying the ultimate redemption of Israel. I can't remember but are you a preterist? If God did not kill Jesus in the place of sinners, none would be saved.
We read in Genesis 1:31 that all was very good. If this is true then we have nothing to worry about even if there are a few bumps in the road.Things may see muddled now but stay tuned.
It’s questions like these that reveal your true intent. Clearly you just like attention. Starting with title, Is God Good?”, you have just invited argument. If the words of Christ can’t be trusted when stated, “...only my Father is good,” then why continue? I’m sure you intentionally contradicted the Creeds that you esteem for the purpose to antagonize other posters. Sometimes I think, maybe he’s just that stupid and needs more information. But no, you aren’t stupid, just obviously bored and enjoy the conflict. Once again, I have more to accomplish today. No point trying to teach the unteachable. May the Lord give you a heart for Him instead of your Catholic forefathers.Did he commit suicide?
Depends on what you mean by wrong. God watches over the KJV to do what He says He will do. That does not mean there are not a lot of problems with that translation. If you want to understand the Bible you have to read the Hebrew. The KJV cannot be proven wrong.![]()
Well this guy is wrong, God is not above the law, His very nature IS the law.Gordon Clark solved for many the problem of Evil. This is a bare-bones summary worth looking into if interested.
Clark first asks; "How can the existence of God be harmonized with the existence of evil?"
If God is all-good, He would want to destroy evil.
If God is all-powerful, He is able to destroy evil. But evil still exists.
It seems that God cannot be both all-good and all-powerful. However, Christianity teaches that He is both. This is the problem of evil."
Clark stated that "God's causing a man to sin is not sin. There is no law, superior to God, which forbids him to decree sinful acts. Sin presupposes a law, for sin is lawlessness." Clark explained that "God is above law" because "the laws that God imposes on men do not apply to the divine nature."
