Usually gifted healing ministers who expect financial offerings from christians, don't like christians to be healed by faith in Christ's atonement for fear of losing the offerings!
Going to elders for healing prayers is for new converts and not an excuse to not grow in faith in Christ's atonement for healing.

Does it says, that he healed himself? It was through Gods mercy. Right! It is open Wetter it was through prayer from others, ore his own prayer ore no prayer. In all bases it was God who healed him then.

I think he already stated before that he felt Paul did not have the same faith as Jesus had.
Romans 14:23: "everything that does not come from faith is sin".
God shows mercy and heals the unsaved people also. But those healings don't come through their faith and so it is accounted as sin.
Read 2 Thessalonians 1: 3 & grow in faith & let your followers grow as well. Don't trust their offerings.
Paul left trophimus sick because trophimus has faith in Christ's atonement and can be healed according to Mark9:23 by his faith. Trophimus is not an unbeliever to be healed in order to see a sign and believe.
Don't enslave your followers to you for their money.
According you teachings, Trophimus could not be sick. So he dont need to be healed.

Cessationism deals only with the cessation of signs like prophecies, tongues & knowledge (1 Corinthians 13:8: "where there are prophecies, they will cease; where there are tongues, they will be stilled; where there is knowledge, it will pass away"). Bible never says faith will cease.
Signs to prove Christ as the only Savior is for unbelievers. But those who have faith in Christ need no signs (Mathew 9:22). That faith will never end till Christ comes (1 Corinthians 13:13: "And now these three remain: faith, hope and love").
What faith will continue till the end? 1 Corinthians 13:2: "If I have a faith that can move mountains". Thus not only the faith for salvation but faith for healing also will remain till the end of the era!

Its not our flesh the temporal corrupted that is being saved. .It returns to dust and water when we take our last breath of Oxygen.
Blood represents the unseen eternal spirit. Water is used the same way . literal blood without a spirit that falls like rain form heaven it literally has nothing to offer .What we need is spirit life. Jesus said of his own corrupted flesh it profits for nothing.
The temporal spirit returns to the father who gave it "subject to the letter". The dust and water (clay) It returns to the clay of the field.
When men who have "no faith" that alone comes from hearing the word of God. (sola scriptura) try to add life that goes beyond the last breath . Then they are stuck between Limbo and Purgatory. And men develop their own doctrines like hell .Turning things upside down . Making the idea that our sufferings in the bodies of death will continue to suffer after the last breath Therefore doing despite to His grace.
The letter of the law has its purpose just as well as the unseen law of faith . The idea of men sufferings beyond this temporal. Destroys the doctrine of hell from the interpretation that falls towards earth .
The oral traditions like the doctrine of hell have a great influence on the things not seen . We do not wrestle against flesh and blood. No profit.
