I just came up with this hilarious idea (okay, I’ve seen it on here before😉, but it’s still fun). Why don’t we play true or false?

I’ll make a statement and then the next contestant will have to say true or false. You have tell us why you think the statement is true or false.

I’ll go first.

I was born in Murmansk, North West Russia. My given name is Tatiana. I came here with my parents during perestroika.

False. Tatiana is not a Russian name (or at least that's my story, I'm sticking to it, and I'm due to eat humble pie until I have a bellyache if it's true)

I’m going to take a stab at this, but false? Because tbh I haven’t read that novel and I don’t know if it’s true.

True. But it had nothing to do with work, just a cab driver trying to scam some money from me. I pretended that I couldn’t speak a lick of English and lectured him hysterically in French (I can be such a drama queen😁), until he gave up and didn’t charge me for the ride at all😂. So I ended up being the con (wo) man😄.

My grandma taught me how to speak Swedish.

This is incorrect btw lol completely false - we don’t even have beauty pageants here (not that I am aware of 🤣), but thanks for the compliment 😁

Just for the record the novel cinder is not based on my life (and I did not choose my name from it either) but on the story of cinderella only with added cyborgs, moon aliens, and plague so it was a cooler story than the original and I'd be glad to be as awesome as that cinder.
