Are you sure you are using the word dichotomy properly? Perhaps two words are hardly adequate to explain your belief system. I think it is intellectually dishonest to deny the possibility of a Creator.

I know many who deny there is a Creator whom billions trust daily as being both a source of high intelligence and absolute truth, Science!

This poster avoids answering your questions but wants immediate answers from what it asks.

From this posters original thread, two concepts about it formed.

Typically, a troll, will interact and give itself away immediately.

But this poster has given nothing away and is not afraid to depict individuals from the Bible as liars. And it furthers that belief by how some will give it the fuel it needs since they are not as intelligent as they believe. Even this thread is purposefully denying Yahweh and giving light unto false beliefs. And if you look at my answer to this same quote you have quoted, you can clearly see intent. This poster clearly is highly intelligent and for the most part, is running circles around several members here.

False dichotomy

Hmmm, so you think humans had an idea of there being a Deity, and from that idea we now have all of these examples. So, you don't actually believe there ever was a Deity, just a human idea that became a reality throughout time.
Anything that opposes God would want us to think in terms of False Dichotomy.

That's a false dichotomy as I could believe God false and demons real, as well as the reverse
You used the term correctly. Many people don't realize that it applies only to the logic of the proposition, and not to the truthfulness of its components.

But if she does not believe in God she does not believe in Demons. So, we are back to what False Dichotomy factually represents, a branching out from a source.

And we still don't know what she believes specifically.

BUFFY,
From is the "Serpent Satan," to are "Pagan Deities" real, you have a constant theme. Both of these images represent what opposes the God which this website stands for. Are you wanting people to think outside the box, maybe to question their belief system?

Your posts are kind of something what I would expect from somebody bored in isolation on 4/20. Which pagan gods are you fond of and why? You seem to have some “religion” in your background. Is it safe to say that you grew up in a faith with too many questions that lack believable answers? The pages of history seemed to have been written in pencil then erased. However, when you look closely you can see just enough to get a glimpse of the past. It’s not a false dichotomy, it’s a war.

Do you understand what a false dichotomy is?

There are two ways to think of these demons: either we ignore them so they can not affect our life or we learn to know our enemy so we know how to protect ourselves from them.

They come from fallen angels, and angels are spirits and spirits are real. They use sin to harm us. They use the occult practices to enter our thoughts. They want the same worship we give God and pose as something to help us, pretend to be innocent fun. Hollywood has been influenced by them and they use this way to influence us.

They are attracted to our churches because there they can harm the real God and are behind many of the ways man doesn't use the power of God. When you hear that God cancelled the 10 commandments, or that we shouldn't honor the feasts God gave us but use their festivals that were Christianized you know demons were at work. Unforgiven sin kills as they want and there was God power in the feasts God gave us that demons oppose.

John Klein and Adams Spears did a study of demons are write down what they found in their book.

Thank you for this answer. Should we stop observing Christmas, Easter and Hallowe'en as these are pagan festivals, none of which are prescribed to us by the Bible to observe?

From this answer it makes it feel like this is a game to you.

It seems you know the answer before the question. And it seems you are reading each post finding out who has a clue and who doesn't. Eventually, it seems like you will drop the hammer and gives us a final thought towards our knowledge of Scripture, the Adversary, and personal walk in God.

That's a false trichotomy.

Since you don't believe, or do believe it's either 1 or the other. You do believe in God but not Demons, or you believe in Demons but not God, or since this is a trichotomy, maybe you believe in YOU, and you see yourself as both God and Demon.

Passover is the genesis of Easter, the celebration of Christ's resurrection from death, and purchasing with the shedding of His righteous blood our own lives when we surrender our opposition to God by grace through faith... something which many celebrate every day and not just at Christmas time, which does largely seem to be a more secular holiday and very commercialized at that. Let them have it, eh? You cannot remove the Christ from Christmas after all ;)
