We just have a standard blender but that should be alright for juicing. That does look like a refreshing juice beverage that you concocted. On the citrus fruits, did you blend the rinds too? Probably have some nutritional value. I would probably add some protein powder to my blend because I am underweight and it is very hard for me to add weight and keep it on. Of course, smoking does not help in this regard wither. Very bad for you. I am a nicotine addict but that is not being offered as an excuse. The truth is, I have no excuse.

The orange rind is not good for you , the oil is so high you can actually make a flame from the oil , some people are known to make candles from the oil in orange rind , and I bet it smells lovely ...
I understand about the smoking , I used to be a heavy smoker for near on 45 yrs , I only managed to give it up through vaping , like all addictions , they are hard , but praise God we will all be free from such things when we are home with our LORD Amen...
