You may be reading more into what I'm saying than is intended. Perhaps meditating on why Jesus chose to use David's violating the law as a positive example in Luke 6 and Mark 2 to defend His righteousness may shed some light on things.
Interesting

Maybe studying what the word redeem, atone, and the sacrificial system in the law represents. And what it means when John called Jesus the "lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world? means

or how about what the term justified (a legal term) means

or how about how any sin can be forgiven if the debt of sin is not paid.

ps .Jesus did not justify David. He used david as an example.

This may be my last word on this, but by no means. He came to call sinner's to repentance not to vindicate them.
True indeed

Repentance ... a change of mind away and towards .....

I am the opposite. I refuse to read Revelation because of my mental instability, but Leviticus is a breath of fresh air. The visceral worship would have been something to see.
No doubt we’re opposites. Mental instability is no joke, and I pray God copiously pours out His peace upon you.

That's exactly what I'm saying. He was raised to justify/vindicate the righteous. He reveals God's judgment is just and that though we see injustice in this world we can trust that final judgment will show those whose faith is in God have placed their faith in the right place.
Sometimes it is a matter of using words in a different way.. and people make assumptions about what we mean.
I think he is referring to an earthly judgement.. as in people came to conclusions about Him.

I would have to go back and read all the posts, so I am not sure, but I think it comes down to how the idea is being expressed in words which sometimes can be limiting.

Anyway that's my story and I am stickin with it! :)

Ain't that the truth. But it can be a blessing since I'm able to see things people who lack mental disorders don't. Appreciate the prayers, and I pray that in Revelation you find God's voice of justice and learn to sing of His law as the psalmist does in Psalm 119.

That wasn't the reason HE rose from the dead...HE rose from the dead not on the account of showing that the men of the law were wrong...

HE laid down and took up HIS LIFE...and did so willingly for those who would believe....no man TOOK IT FROM HIM...

Further, the RESURRECTION was to show us THAT HE LIVES...that HE conquered death...that HE is indeed the SON of GOD, not in the human sense, but by THE SPIRIT, GOD...and HE, who came forth from GOD, opened the WAY for us...for all who come to THE FATHER, through HIM....by, and I repeat....ONE SPIRIT...

ONE SPIRIT, sir...

When was CHRIST of THAT SPIRIT...

Before or after?

Are you a OSAS Believer, I am, and it sounds like you are ? ? ?

I can understand most what you are saying, and yet some terminology is different than mine.

Got a suggestion, Keep it SIMPLE, otherwise you go clean over their heads.

I wish I could...but what is given me to say, is what i say,.
I wish all we had to say was THE MESSAGE of the CROSS is the WISDOM of GOD made known and may it not be emptied of its power...but it appears, either some forget what they began in...or never began in what they should have begun in....

I will continue to respond to posts that are addressed to me..

I ask you to refrain from posting indifferent emojis and verbal comments that do nothing for the conversation between myself and another poster.

Thank you
You have an arrogance about you and I wish you didn´t...you close down conversations...

In a sense. Christ was judged by men, deemed to be speaking blasphemy under their understanding of Deuteronomy 13 and condemned. Yet He was innocent and rose from the dead on that account. It is the resurrection that takes our faith, believing that God can raise a man from the dead despite the seeming permanence of the grave.
This sir, is the one sin that will not be forgiven Disbelief and is the thing that keeps many eyes closed...some, thinking they are following GOD and honoring him by not coming to THE TRUTH...and others, just out of indifference to THE GOSPEL

There will be an earthly judgement for those who have not heard HIS VOICE now and have not believed.

That is true...itś your story...which means it is an opinion and may not reflect THE TRUTH of GOD...therefore I would hope no one will stick with it...it could be untrue

Please read Deuteronomy 13 and see if you come to the same conclusion I have regarding his idea of CHRIST....
duet 13 speaks about giving the death penalty to an apostate/false prophet or anyone who tries to get Israel to go after false Gods.

It has nothing to do with the eternal penalty of sin. so I am not sure what he was trying to say
