Through this pandemic we see the doors are opened to the complete surveillance society.
Impressive how that works.

I am, is it safe to come out? .....:)

Cute bunny...I have one like it in my backyard.

it is cute...we have bunnies but we never see them...the after dark crowd and all

I guess you know CA is on total lockdown now?

too bad they forgot about the thousands of homeless wandering around :cautious:

I have not read this, certainly with any virus no demographic is immune... as the numbers grow more range is seen I think .....but time will tell.

yeah I'm reading 'mutations' also.

populations at first not seemingly infected, now seem to have it appearing in small numbers

guess we'll see

was just discussing this with Mr 7 this am

as a pretty private person, I find this particularly annoying

good luck tracking me on my phone. seldom take it along

I appear to be house bound :sneaky:

Interesting, very curious on this, I will look further too... have a friend works out of McGill University hospital in Montreal ... next time we talk, will ask.

I'm familiar with McGill

known a number of doctors and nurses to come out of there

I like all those older established landmark hospitals and universities in Montreal

Yes I read that this morning..... they anticipate 24 million will be infected in that state.... can you imagine even if a small fraction goes on to worse symptoms.

Let's hope on a stepped up production on those antiviral drugs Trump talked about.

Well let there be some cold comfort knowing you are not the only one! :)

haha

notice I said 'appear to be'

we are in the country and honestly the stores and stuff here are not savaged like Attila the Hun just passed through

we are careful though....but no problem in getting out a bit...nothing like a city or even suburbia

if I lived in a populated place, I would hunker down though I think....the damage to the lungs on so many is not something you want to have yourself

That is good news for sure
Agree populated places more worrisome.

I always liked Montreal but sure has changed

had to go back there for my interview for my US visa...massive construction was underway (3 yrs ago)....I am sure I broke a few traffic laws without meaning to LOL!...just trying to get around all the places that were about inaccessible

I stayed outside the city and drove downtown way at the east end...thankfully when you know a city, you can get around anyway

Does ANYBODY KNOW ANYBODY WITH the sickness?

Anybody know anyone that is not "they are sick but show no syptoms"
Is this a hoax????
Why not permanently close all resturants?
Just never know when another non public manifesting virus could manifest.

"Hey just playin it safe"

The next one could be the underwear hoarding virus

Yes, I know of several cases. I have a friend who is a paramedic.

Its real... you can move past the denial stage now, skip the middle three stages and go right to acceptance.

Kudos to you, not a fan of driving there although I have done it... lots of construction still.

Have fun walking the dogs.

It's not a hoax. It is real, very real.
Shutting down restaurants for 2 weeks will in affect close many of them permanently.
And that's why I say the over reaction is worse than the virus.

Here's a bit of good news
Yes .. then how quickly can they start producing the needed amount... that is the question, and in limited supplies presently who gets the prescription?

He is wrong on the 100 % success rate... that is bogus, I have seen no study with those numbers,
