No one is flaking out.
she's at it again

only Christian in the room :cautious:
Perhaps meant to be encouraging but it does not work for me that way.
When a crisis hits, prepare for the worse doing so without fear, and hope for the best trusting in God's love for us. The outcome is ALWAYS God's decision. Trust His decision. He knows what He is doing.

A believer can "flake out" when they become "double minded." We cannot walk in the Spirit and the Flesh at the same time. Peter didn't sink till he took his eyes off of Yeshua/Jesus - that's when Peter flaked out. Yeshua/Jesus asked Peter, "Why did you doubt?"

Come on, we don't want Yeshua/Jesus asking us, "Why did you doubt? Why were you afraid?"

As believers, knowing and trusting God often happens in baby steps, but when a crisis hits even a mustard seed of faith can move a mountain. Stand in your faith in God. Even if we don't have a "prophetic word" or no one has prophesied to us, we can exercise our faith in God's Love for us.(y)

still trying to somehow illustrate that no one is quite as secure as you are?

you have 0 clue how others pray or how they view the situation regarding the virus

it seems you may be the one who is panicking since you cannot control the conversation

glad you trust in Jesus. so do others and do not need you preaching at them as though only you ever gave God a thought

perhaps a Sunday School class might be in order for new Christians ?

have you thought about that or maybe already have a class like that?

seriously...that seems to be what you are geared towards

female rule #1 change the subject when you're getting it handed to you ..
getting what handed to you?

never mind

I already know enough now to guess what that would be

========================================
you've crossed yet another 'line' here...

DEU. 28:60.
Moreover He will bring upon you all the diseases of Egypt, which you were afraid of; and they shall cleave unto you.
REV. 6:8.
And I looked, and behold a pale horse: and his name that sat on him was Death, and Hell followed with him. And power was given unto them over the fourth part of the earth, to kill with sword, and with hunger, and with death, and with the beasts of the earth.
MATT. 24:8.
All these are the beginning of sorrows.

as we know, God is no respecter of persons', He sends both 'judgment & grace' -
as it is written:
Behold the goodness and the severity of God'.

just watched a vid by a man and wife in their late 60's, early 70's, who contracted the cv on a cruise ship docked in Japan -
he was giving their testimony from their hospital room from the beginning of their realizing their symptoms to where they
are now - it was quite detailed and he was very articulate about their whole situation thus far - one of the things that they
shared was that they both had previously gotten a pneumonia shot' - he almost died from respiratory problems, and she as
well had lessor problems - point being, their 'shot' didn't prevent them, especially him, from 'almost dying'...
there is no way in .... that hub or I would 'ever' get any kind of vac - but, to each to his own'...
but Praise God, it appears that they both will recover for now, but for sure, they will never be the same...

rains on the just and the unjust

I read that people who have got the flu shot have a 30% higher risk of contracting the virus

true or not, who knows, but I don't think it wise to get yourself shot up every fall or winter season

people need to research more and stop just accepting and trusting because someone in 'authority' said so

apparently I do have a little of the 'not your average guinea pig here' going on

Got any hobbies? I'd love to learn to paint a field of red poppies with my five children playing in it.

"Poppies will put them to sleep" ;)

I wish I could stay home. I have so much to do indoors. I despise going out to work everyday and always have done.
It just happens I'm one of only a handful of people at work who must go in to the office. :(

The jury is still out for me, but the vote in my head is leaning 7 to 5 in favor of this being a massive overreaction and Gov power grab. Not warranting the utter destruction of the U.S. and World economy. ESPECIALLY if reports like this one turn out to be true:

https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/20...th-error-in-causing-global-coronavirus-panic/
I am sorry PennEd but that really lacks in mathematical sophistication... my friend has done a spread sheet of known cases in Canada as of today and the rate of infection is exponential.... that is known cases not projected which for sure is exponential.

The seasonal flu does not infect at an exponential rate.

We are only at the start and let us hope for the best but the rate of transmission with this virus is not comparable to the seasonal flu.

I thought the concoction with all the fruit was marvelous but for some reason was told to not touch it :geek:

there were alot of whys that followed with a final 'because I said so' ending

I was thinking giant fruit salad
