You scolded me but I must have missed your answer ..
I have no intentions of scolding anyone. I am sorry if it seemed so.

My answer is that bread and wine comes from the hands of a man, but From The Lord, his body and blood broken and spilled respectively for the remission of sins.

I don't regard it as magic .. I break bread and drink water if that's all I have and take a moment to remember what Jesus has did for me , I run a conscious check over my life and repent .. Sometimes I stuff the whole piece of bread in my mouth, drink the water as if it's wine if I'm alone and eat it in faith to Jesus honor and remember Him and everything He is with thanks ..

I would agree .But how would you know if what you are doing is not unworthily? It would seem it would have to be defined if we want to confess it rightly.

What is the spiritual meaning of drink the blood as it relates to the Son of man ?.How can we be sure we are eating by faith, a shadow?

Some make it (transubstantiation) into a fountain of youth as if literal blood was a source. .

Wherefore whosoever shall eat this bread, and drink this cup of the Lord, unworthily, shall be guilty of the body and blood of the Lord.1 Corinthians 11:27

I simply see it as a time of sober contemplation and getting focus to consider what Jesus did to His glory .. To repent of any thing you can recall to repent of and clean your slate, a rededication kinda like the Hebrews eat the first Passover Lamb in Egypt and afterwards except symbolic ..

My thoughts would be that Jesus' words of institution, are given along with the bread and wine, to a repentant soul, with the corporate body together in an orderly manner.

I'm deadly serious.

I'm not joking .. Do you let those forbidden to marry priests put those crackers in your mouth with their hands ?

why are you responding to a post from 2012?

yes 2012

the new person here went digging for a reason, found some old newspapers and wrote an editorial

the spirit with which they reopened this old tomb seems to be infectious

I guess you didn't see the date

So I have to take a solemn instruction from the Lord and make it fit man made instructions , approval or it's not right or invalid .. I refuse to even sit under authority of an unmarried preacher .. 1 Tim 3 sets qualifications pretty much for me ..

I never said that in any form or fashion.

And I agree a pastor should be married, successfully sold as well. As per the scriptures.

I suppose you excuse Paul for being unmarried? Or perhaps because he was not technically an elder?

I find your interpretation of his words incongruent. I firmly believe he was forbidding polygamists, not singles, given that he writes elsewhere that remaining unmarried is a good choice.

I'll give a pass to all who perform healings and miracles in Jesus name and the one who was inspired to write 1 Tim 3 .. Meanwhile how can any unmarried man who has no wife and kids council a family ?

Your question suggests that every elder must have experience in every life situation in order to counsel persons in each situation. That's patently false. An elder doesn't need to be an alcoholic to counsel an alcoholic. Does it help if the elder has relevant experience? Sure. Is it absolutely necessary? No; the Holy Spirit is able to guide in every situation. Further, it's best if there are several elders, not just one.

so your potty mouthing is Christian?
All I did was state some facts that are important in these end times.
And I just spotted this in an old quote: 'We can't have worship of The Lord God alongside the bowing and genuflecting to The Queen of Heaven. It's something God has told us he hates.'
