Hi MattFromBerkshire! Glad you requested prayer to escape from your drug and alcohol addiction. Reaching out is the way to go. Take all the help you can get and you need to be free from addiction. I will pray for you and you also need to pray and ask for help from God. Our Lord healed people when he was here on earth and he still heals when we reach out to Him. May you receive the strength to say NO to drugs and alcohol and the strength comes from God. You must really want to quit with all your heart. I am finding strength knowing that Jesus promised to come again just as he left, found in Acts 2, to come back a second time to take his faithful people to the home he is preparing for them. Praying that you will be one of them. Praying for your healing of body, mind and all of you, your living soul. Find peace of mind know that you made the right decision. Blessings!

Matt, thank you for being honest and sharing your struggle with us. I believe that Jesus will meet you where you are at, and He wants you to walk completely free from any addiction of your past.
