oh good grief

Jesus in Revelation gets pretty ticked off

don't you have a Bible with Revelation at the end? just turn to the end

but actually, if you read Jesus at all, He does get physically angry...does not sin...but He does

I hope you never call out for help during a physical assault...but God's mercy is so great you might make it out

Jesus rebuked Peter because it was His time to die

do you really think God in the OT is not the same one in the New?
These guys don't understand what good has come from Christians standing for what is right. The most prolific in modern history would be the abolition of slavery in America.

I guess they just throw out proverbs and Psalms, and the prophets of old. For that matter the entire OT, and the Revelation of John, they cut that right out of their Bible's, and mark through all that Jesus with a whip throwing over tables and such.

I wonder why Jesus told his disciples to buy a sword if they don't have one? Even to sell their coat if needs be. I guess it was because Jesus knows swords are cool and look cool. It wouldn't be because it is a defensive weapon. It was who wouldn't want a spatha or a gladius? All the cool kids had them you know.

“For all the promises of God in him are yea, and in him Amen, unto the glory of God by us.” 2 Corinthians 1:20 (KJV 1900) Jesus and the Church own the promises, not the State of Israel.
More Bible ignorance on display. And no one is talking about the state of Israel.

I'm not sure I have seen anyone in this forum (perhaps any other as well) as free with personal interpretation as davel here

here is another of us interpretations from the https://christianchat.com/bible-discussion-forum/it-is-not-good-for-man-to-live-alone.190200/ thread

Adam proved we are a corrupt species when he sinned under perfect conditions. It's best to marry but divorce and remarriage is adultery under any circumstances. So it then becomes a curse.
in one swipe, he decided God's original creation in the garden was the creation of a corrupt human species and does away with Jesus' words concerning divorce and as a bonus feature, adds that if you are divorced and remarry (no matter the circumstances) you are cursed

nothing biblical in any of it

nothing

They are not biblical Israel. They are a State just as America or any State is.
There is one important connection between the Israel on the map, and that is the truth that it is the staging grounds for much of th efinal day prophecy fulfillment.

I blesse the Israel of our Father and His Jerusalem to be brought down, always, amen.

As previously states, God gave the land of Israel to his chosen, the Jews.
It is important to know that a true Jew is one who praises God (Yah). This would be all who believe and worthip in spirit and truth, the Jew first and then the Greek. Paul goes into detal aqbout the true praiser os God in Romans. In sometranslation it say the true Jews. Both mean the same.

...And it is we who contend for the Faith.

Jude 1
1:3 Beloved, when I gave all diligence to write unto you of the common salvation, it was needful for me to write unto you, and exhort [you] that ye should earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints.
1:4 For there are certain men crept in unawares, who were before of old ordained to this condemnation, ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness, and denying the only Lord God, and our Lord Jesus Christ.
Definitely, we are to evaluate doctrines!

I'm not sure, though, if it's up to us to decide who among us is a wheat or who is a tare. At least that's what I'm thinking now.

Originally the Jews becoming part of the Palestinians. But since the are now the main occupiers, the Palestinians should accimate with them in the occupied territory.

Not too long ago, the Spirit of God revealed about the seed not many but one, who is Yeshua and I was able to type this up with Genesis 3:15, but something just came to my attention as I was reading. I will response by tomorrow, but remember that the Gentile becomes of the commonwealth of Israel. I will respond tomorrow, need to read this passage carefully, trusting that the Spirit of God will allow me to understand the truth of God's word, what he made clear when he first spoke.

Do you live the Sermon on the Mount? John says you do not have God if you do not. The Sermon teaches non violence without exception.
No it does not.
