you need to study it again
Romans 11 separates Israel (believer and non believer) from gentile (believer)
Paul's generation were the last biblical Jews after Jesus abolished circumcision on the cross. When they died off, only believers remained as Israel. Only by accepting Christ will any unbelievers be reattached to Israel.

Paul said in romans 11 were blinded in part. But there would come a future day when they would repent
You are trying to teach doctrine not bible
when are you going to go and discuss the passages?
Paul also says they are under wrath until the end. So only those who accept Christ will be reattached to biblical Israel. Plus Jesus says his kingdom in not of this world = no national restoration.
