yup ... red and white but they are not really rare

here he is, mr handsome himself

View attachment 210224

the double coat on this breed actually insulates from cold and heat. when they shed, it's the undercoat coming out

shaving does nothing but harm the coat but people will do what they do

the coat will grow but most likely will never be as nice as it was
:love: Awww, hello Mr. Handsome. You're beautiful.
Give him a hug for me. I love Huskies.
Thank you for the information about their coats. I'd think people would read all about them before ever going that far, in matters of shaving them down.
But you're right, people will do what they do. :(

Could you please explain the difference between the Hebrew Sheol, the Greek hades and the KJV hell? Thanks. Every one has been avoiding this question.
Sheol is described as a great pit and watery.

Hell is described as hot and fiery.

Sheol is a place people can be redeemed from, saved from.

Hell is described as a final destination.

Not sure about hades. Except from what I remember from Mythology...

Who goes to Sheol? Is it a real place and where?

Hell as defined by the KJV is not a final destination, but a temporary place of torment. The lake of fire is the final destination of the unbeliever.

Yes a real place really here under the Sun .The wrath of God continually being revealed to the whole world from the first moment he corrupted it. . . according the letter of the law (death)

A dying creation suffering the wages of the curse . Those who known Christ haven ben given a new spirit and heart have a rest being yoked with him our Emanuel

.Like the Son of man, Jesus yoked with the father .Power in us, not of us. Cain called it a punishment he could not bear. suffered the pangs of hell his whole life with no comfort and rest from within.

For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness; Romans1: 18

The religion is Christian . A word with no other meaning, meaning "residents of the city of Christ" Zion the heavenly New Jerusalamen not seen as His bride.

The wrath of God is continually being revealed to the whole world from the first moment he corrupted it. . .a living curse . This is according the letter of the law (death). Death will be thrown into the lake of fire on the last day .It will never rise and corrupt another creation .

Do you know of any verses that contradict ? One kind of faith system do you follow after?

Did you mean to say , "seen as His bride"? Are you a member of the Temple of Jehovah? JW?

Christian (n., adj.)
1520s as a noun, "a believer in and follower of Christ;" 1550s as an adjective, "professing the Christian religion, received into the Christian church," 16c. forms replacing Middle English Cristen (adjective and noun), from Old English cristen, from a West Germanic borrowing of Church Latin christianus, from Ecclesiastical Greek christianos, from Christos (see Christ). First used in Antioch, according to Acts xi.25-26:
And when he had found him, he brought him unto Antioch. And it came to pass, that a whole year they assembled themselves with the church, and taught much people. And the disciples were called Christians first in Antioch.
Meaning "having the manner and spiritual character proper to a follower of Christ" is from 1590s (continuing a sense in the Middle English word). Christian name, that given at christening, is from 1540s (also continuing a sense from Middle English Cristen). Christian Science as the name of a religious sect is from 1863.

See, that's the issue isn't it?
You say God corrupted the whole world. What first moment? Did it arrive after the sixth day when God looked upon all He had created and judged it very good?
Where in the scripture does it say, God corrupted the whole world, a living curse?
Where does it explain in scripture why God would choose to corrupt what He created and judged immediately after its creation as very good?

Sin is not imputed (credited, received), where there is no law. The Book of Romans chapter 5

No. not of those sects. I have a Lutheran, Presbyterian, Baptist foundation. "Heinz 57" And my home church of approx. 25years where I heard the gospel is called Plymouth Brethren . They have a great format for hearing the words of faith and the lord's supper a new testament ceremonial law.. . I occasionally visit and share bread with them .

I meant Christian as the word is defined with no other meanings added . Not what they do (follow Christ) but who they are. Christians as residents of the city of Christ named after her founder Christ. Prepared as His bride. The church.

Just like other words ending in "ian" used to represent residents of a city named after its founder.

Like the city as to its residents .The Thessalonians , named for his wife, Alexander's step-sister, Thessaloniki.

Or Galatian named after the founder of that city, Gaul."

Or the Nicolaitans named after the founder of that sect, Nicole.

The "new name" God in the Old testament promised to name His bride "Christian" .Previously called her Israel, the born again people of God. Christian a appropriate name for a bride represented as a city as to its residents .

I would offer. The first work of corruption seems to be on day three .Day four the corruption time keeper was switched on winding down till the last day .The sun and the moon. The under the sun period of time.

Another work of corruption was after Adam and Eve were created . Killed by the letter of the law "death". . They lost the glow of being in the presence of the glory of God. His glory departed left then naked and ashamed.

Moses had to wear a mask when he came down from "mount Sinai" set aside as Holy. Mount Sinai a metaphor used to represent all the kingdoms of the world. The brilliance of the glory was blinding like looking into the Sun. . Most likely Zipporah kissed him with her eyes closed. LOL

Yes everything he made was good. When he made it. Good is described by the things not seen . When the Son of man, Jesus was accused of Good Master .He said one is the Good Master, God not seen. No man can serve the flesh and the Spirit of God that works in them .

That curse came when Cain murdered the first martyr as a apostle sent by God. Abel .It was more than faithless Cain could bear .As that which alone Christ and the father working together did bear. The holy Spirit marked Cain a beast made of the dust of the field using the number of man three times 666 to signify unbelief. The word metaphor three many time is used to denote the end of the matter. The mark of no faith of mankind separate from the Spirit of God. Cain like Esau anther first born should of bought the truth of the gospel seeing no value in the things not seen they simply disregarded the unseen nature of salvation. . You must be born again from above.

The first movement of seeing pride in the heart of the father of lies. The wrath began being reveled .A suffering creation waiting to die because of the curse of the letter of the law.

Where in the scripture does it say, God corrupted the whole world, a living curse?

The whole earth the heavens already under the Sun

And now art thou cursed from the earth, which hath opened her mouth to receive thy brother's blood from thy hand;When thou tillest the ground, it shall not henceforth yield unto thee her strength; a fugitive and a vagabond shalt thou be in the earth. And Cain said unto the Lord, My punishment is greater than I can bear. Behold, thou hast driven me out this day from the face of the earth; and from thy face shall I be hid; and I shall be a fugitive and a vagabond in the earth; and it shall come to pass, that every one that findeth me shall slay me. And the Lord said unto him, Therefore whosoever slayeth Cain, vengeance shall be taken on him sevenfold. And the Lord set a mark upon Cain, (666) lest any finding him should kill him.
Genesis 4: 11-15

A punishment that only the father and Son working together as one Good God can bear. The work of one faith or labor of Love. .

His brother Abel's blood crying out from the heart of the corrupted earth as place of suffering. Longing to be clothed with a new incoruptible body on the last day, our living hope.

I ask because that chapter does speak to the re-naming and the naming of God's people. However, in no wise is it comparable to, Christian.

I would suggest chapter 4 isn't speaking to the corrupted earth (adâmâh) itself. The wording can lead one to believe that however, I believe the one that was identified as corrupted was Cain. "You are now cursed from the ground that opened its mouth to take your brother’s blood from your hand."
I believe what that verse hearkens back to the ground from which Adam was made. The soil of the earth that Abel tilled and offered to God received Abel's blood, and being Cain was of the ground/earth , ha adâmâh, he was cursed for bloodletting.
Why would God curse planet earth which, after the expulsion from the garden, Adam was to survive himself and his wife and family by tilling that ground. If it were cursed it would not bring sustenance.

Hi thanks for the reply.I have not heard that one yet. No not Irish . "Heinz 57 variety" There is a Irish family that I know that does attend

The new name God named .(Not men named her) is found in Acts. Christian the born again name that denotes the bride a Christian city a . The suffix "ian" denoting the residents as the bride.

Isaiah clearly supports the new name previously named by God " born again Israel" . Not all Israel is born again. The name that is not gender sensitive which is needed to denote the new creature. Neither male nor female, Jew or Gentile. She is as the new heavenly Jerusalem the mother of us all also called the freed woman in Galatians 4..

Paul, as parable is used to represent the surrogate womb the church. Again as the mother of us all . He is shown suffering as in birth pains having held out the gospel seed until Christ is formed in Timothy . Timothy given by Paul espoused to Christ again to represent the mother of us all refers to timothy as to a chaste virgin bride, to represent Christian and appropriate name for his bride and her founder Christ as husband.

2 Corinthians 11:2 For I am jealous over you with godly jealousy: for I have espoused you to one husband, that I may present you as a chaste virgin to Christ.

Hephzibah a city that Christ "sought after". The same the Christ founded City "Ir Lo Ne‘ezvah" -No-Longer-Abandoned.

For as a young man marrieth a virgin, so shall thy sons marry thee: and as the bridegroom rejoiceth over the bride, so shall thy God rejoice over thee. Isaiah 62:5

Like many parables like above......the gospel meaning hid through the signified tongue.

No reason to make two brides as one new creation as residents of one city as if Christ our husband was a bigamist. One gospel for all nations. No dispensations

I would suggest chapter 4 isn't speaking to the corrupted earth (adâmâh) itself. The wording can lead one to believe that however, I believe the one that was identified as corrupted was Cain. "You are now cursed from the ground that opened its mouth to take your brother’s blood from your hand."
In the end it boils down to the "Doctrine of hell" which I call a living suffering .like most doctrines they have there foundation in Genesis and would include the doctrine of hell

Some say hell is an experience once their spirit leaves their body of death it undergoes suuffering . And others hell is the wage of sin a dying creation as the wrath of God revealed to the whole world..

God is not a God of eternal vengeance. Like, I will get even with you for me not freely giving you mercy ." Rather than a God of mercy .

Having mercy on one and punishing with a eternal suffering another. . .That points toward the idea of Purgatory . A unknown amount or kind of suffering with a unknow length of time . Making the law . "Its appointed for all men to suffer the pangs of hell in this corrupted life once and then end comes the execution of the judgment .Death as to the letter of the law tossed into the fiery judgement of God .Never to rise to corrupt whole creation to death,

That would seem to be a curse to the ground having spilled the corrupted blood of Abel. The curse corrupted the yield of food needed to survive making it more work than Cain used to represent unbelief in mankind could bear, As a restless wander . A fugitive and a vagabond shalt thou be in the earth the same as heart of the earth or the belly of the whale same kind of living suffering. . No rest in Christ as did Abel have.

A punishment Christ bore for us in the heart of the corrupted earth as living suffering or living sacrifice. Yoked with Him our teacher comforter who does the work and brings to our new hearts the things he previously taught us. Cain had no helper as a restless wander. suffering the wage of sin hell. in dying we die living in a body of death he had no use for spiritual things the temporal seen unseen

And Cain talked with Abel his brother: and it came to pass, when they were in the field, that Cain rose up against Abel his brother, and slew him.And the Lord said unto Cain, Where is Abel thy brother? And he said, I know not: Am I my brother's keeper? And he said, What hast thou done? the voice of thy brother's blood crieth unto me from the ground.And now art thou cursed from the earth, which hath opened her mouth to receive thy brother's blood from thy hand; When thou tillest the ground, it shall not henceforth yield unto thee her strength; a fugitive and a vagabond shalt thou be in the earth.And Cain said unto the Lord, My punishment is greater than I can bear Behold, thou hast driven me out this day from the face of the earth; and from thy face shall I be hid; and I shall be a fugitive and a vagabond in the earth; and it shall come to pass, that every one that findeth me shall slay me. And the Lord said unto him, Therefore whosoever slayeth Cain, vengeance shall be taken on him sevenfold. And the Lord set a mark upon Cain, lest any finding him should kill him.
Genesis
4: 8-15

I believe what that verse hearkens back to the ground from which Adam was made. The soil of the earth that Abel tilled and offered to God received Abel's blood, and being Cain was of the ground/earth , ha adâmâh, he was cursed for bloodletting.
Why would God curse planet earth which, after the expulsion from the garden, Adam was to survive himself and his wife and family by tilling that ground. If it were cursed it would not bring sustenance.
I have not heard of that bloodletting? No one knows how Cain murdered Abel . Could of choked him or bludgeoned him.

Blood is used to represent the unseen spirit throughout the bible. It his spirit that cried out to be clothed the incorruptible .And not with corrupted flesh and blood it could never enter the new order. Cried out as if it was blood. Blood without the spirit has no life.. . no voice.

I am posting this topic because of the chatroom question raised over Jonah in the belly of the fish, and all of the surrounding debate around this. I believe the bible can be taken literally in terms of what transpired. Lets analyse these verses:

Jonah 1
17 Now the Lord had prepared a great fish to swallow Jonah. And Jonah was in the belly of the fish three days and three nights.
Jonah 2

2 Then Jonah prayed to the Lord his God from the fish’s belly. 2 And he said:
“I cried out to the Lord because of my affliction,
And He answered me.
Out of the belly of Sheol I cried,
And You heard my voice.
3 For You cast me into the deep,
Into the heart of the seas,
And the floods surrounded me;
All Your billows and Your waves passed over me.
4 Then I said, ‘I have been cast out of Your sight;
Yet I will look again toward Your holy temple.’
5 The waters surrounded me, even to my soul;
The deep closed around me;
Weeds were wrapped around my head.
6 I went down to the moorings of the mountains;
The earth with its bars closed behind me forever;
Yet You have brought up my life from the pit,
O Lord, my God.
7 “When my soul fainted within me,
I remembered the Lord;
And my prayer went up to You,
Into Your holy temple.

8 “Those who regard worthless idols
Forsake their own [b]Mercy.
9 But I will sacrifice to You
With the voice of thanksgiving;
I will pay what I have vowed.
Salvation is of the Lord.”
10 So the Lord spoke to the fish, and it vomited Jonah onto dry land.

>We can take this account from Jonah LITERALLY. He was swallowed by a fish. He (his BODY) was in the fish 3 days. There is no suitable living environment within a fish (air pocket, condominium, economy class seating). Jonah died. He wasn't being preserved alive within the fish.
>Jonah gives the account - out of Sheol (Hell) he cried out. This is not to create a precedent that others can cry out from hell and be delivered in the same way. No. It just means that God is sovereign and can do as He pleases. He can bring low and He can lift up.
>Jonah's body was in the fish but his soul was in Sheol.
>Hell looks to be a place under the earth for this is where Jonah describes it.
>We also see with the parable of the rich man and Lazarus, the rich man saying engaging with Father Abraham. Conversation/communication is possible within this spiritual nether realm.
>So it is not impossible for Jonah to call out to God from Sheol, and his prayer went up to the Holy Temple.

Now we have an interesting account coming from the Words of our Lord:

Matthew 12
38 Then some of the scribes and Pharisees answered, saying, “Teacher, we want to see a sign from You."
39 But He answered and said to them, “An evil and adulterous generation seeks after a sign, and no sign will be given to it except the sign of the prophet Jonah. 40 For as Jonah was three days and three nights in the belly of the great fish, so will the Son of Man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth.
>Jonah Died and Jesus Died.
>Jonah was alive after 3 days, Jesus was alive after 3 days.

My question to you... Do you believe Yeshua actually went to that place of torment where the rich man went? This is a yes or no question and if you say yes then substantiate your view with the Scriptures.

That parable does not define hell. It defines the difference between necromancy and a exclusive faith that comes through hearing all things written in the law and the prophets .Signified by Moses and the Elisa. Its the last parable in a series beginning in the previous chapter 15.

Luke 16 :31 And he said unto him, If they hear not Moses and the prophets, neither will they be persuaded, though one rose from the dead.

Lazarus did not rise from the dead as a patron saint or what the Bible calls a worker with familiar spirit. and warn his unbelieving family. The context of the parable.

A clearer understanding is found in Jonas 2. Hell the suffering we suffer in these bodies of death . Thankful as believers we can rest in Christ who makes the load lighter. It worked in Jonas' to both will and do the god pleasure of our God as well as the Son of man, Jesus. Made the load lighter. We are longingly commanded to not murmur .Not rest when murmuring. A time to pray and remove logs form our own eye..

We "work out" that which he has finished .Not "work to gain".

Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling. For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure. Do all things without murmurings and disputings:Philippian2:12-14

18 For Christ also suffered once for sins, the just for the unjust, that He might bring [f]us to God, being put to death in the flesh but made alive by the Spirit, 19 by whom also He went and preached to the spirits in prison, 20 who formerly were disobedient, [g]when once the Divine longsuffering waited in the days of Noah, while the ark was being prepared, in which a few, that is, eight souls, were saved through water.

My question to you... Do you believe Yeshua actually went to that place of torment where the rich man went? This is a yes or no question and if you say yes then substantiate your view with the Scriptures.
Absolutely! The place is called the belly of hell. Jonah was in great affliction and suffered corruption, and was brought up from this place. The place Jonah went was at the bottoms of the mountains. This place had bars. That's hell.

Acts 2
31 He seeing this before spake of the resurrection of Christ, that his soul was not left in hell, neither his flesh did see corruption.
32 This Jesus hath God raised up, whereof we all are witnesses.

Where else did Christ spend those three days and three nights?
