"“Regenerative Agriculture” describes farming and grazing practices that, among other benefits, reverse climate change by rebuilding soil organic matter and restoring degraded soil biodiversity – resulting in both carbon drawdown and improving the water cycle. "

Sounds like fancy words for managing soil in a more sustainable manner.

Just FYI, OP, I'm not a regenerative farmer. Not any kind of farmer at the moment. :)

Organic, biodynamic or permaculturalist?
I hope there are many. We need more, so many people are getting sick because of bad farming practices.

From what I’ve read growing vegetables or fruit without any chemicals or pesticides isn’t considered regenerative farmers.

Now if you grew them with the way of regenerative farming is considered

1. No-till/minimum tillage.
2. Soil fertility is increased in regenerative systems biologically through application of cover crops, crop rotations, compost, and animal manures, which restore the plant/soil microbiome to promote liberation, transfer, and cycling of essential soil nutrients.
3. Well-managed grazing practices

Just growing things organically doesn’t constitute regenerative farming, it requires multiple things, the three above are just a few.

well,
guess we fall into a category of our-own, especially since it has given us a ways and means of
maintaining an amazing way to be healthy among so much disease and sickness -
we don't eat worldly -
we grow our own food organically -
plus, we forage when need be -
we obey Yeshua's Rules -
we are living proof of this, and we will continue to live by His instructions..
our PROOF is obvious by our obeying His instructions =
'healthy, wealthy, not wealthy so much ???, and wise'...

most definitely, all (white products, such as sugar/rice/flour/hydrogenated fats/junk-food in general) you all know,
all those man-made chemical-foods created to KILL our health!!! and catapult us into 'pharmikia's demonic TRANCE =
we have both 'been there, done that, many, many years ago, Praise God for our 'deliverance and the opening of our eyes'...

we are all on our own in this wicked world - we have so many choices to choose from, daily' - we have to understand that
satan is the 'ruler' of this present, evil, world = 1COR. 4:4.= when it becomes evident to us, through Christ, that we are being
handed poisons to eat and drink, (we are speaking to those who 'claim' to have had a 'wake-up' CALL from God) - then,
as it is written, 'we should care for our own TEMPLES, for our bodies do not belong to us, but to God'.

Thanks for the responses. What would it look like if we woke up this morning and had the complete understanding that everything of the world had been tainted by the enemy? Everything that we thought we knew or understood was a lie? Now, ask GOD to show us what HIS desire for us to live in right relationship with HIM in the garden looks like, as opposed to the post Genesis chapter 3 world that we live in. Going from sweat of our brow, thorns and thistles, tilling of the soil; back to tending the garden as HE intended. Thanks for the discussion. Take care, God bless. Tim.

for those who are interested, I have a gardening program and we also talk about this. Just search for Garden Planet FM. Another show in a similar vein is Green Planet but it is longer and has a wider audience and also talks about politics and is somewhat new agey...but listen to Garden Planet we dont go into the politics. My co host grew up on a farm so she can tell you all about the terrible farming practices a lot of farmers have been locked into doing by the govt.

It is not sustainanable.
if you can find it, google Peter Proctor about regenerative farming as practices in India using the biodynamic approach.

on tvnz on demand they have a show called Country Calendar, for anyone interested in how agriculture is done in nz.

I was abosolutely horrified reading about the dustbowls in midwest america.
I read silent spring by Rachel Carson and that too was terrible.
hopefully more farmers are changing their ways but its not easy because of the pressure of demand from the govts.
